ਸੀਆਈਏ ਸਟਾਫ ਮੋਗਾ ਨੇ ਗੁਪਤ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਪੰਜ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਥਿਆਰਾਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਕਾਬੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲੋਂ 5 ਪਿਸਤੌਲ ਅਤੇ 12 ਕਾਰਤੂਸ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਾਬੂ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਪ੍ਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ, ਹਰਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਜਸਕਰਨ ਸਿੰਘ, ਰਾਮਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਰਫ਼ ਜੋਤ ਅਤੇ ਕੁਲਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਰਫ਼ ਗੋਪਾ ਵਜੋਂ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਐਸ.ਪੀ.ਡੀ. ਬਾਲਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਸਿੰਗਲਾ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਕਾਬੂ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੁਲਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਰਫ਼ ਗੋਪਾ ਉੱਤੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਧਾਰਾਵਾਂ ਹੇਠ 17 ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦਰਜ ਹਨ, ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਰਾਮਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ (ਜੋਤ) ਉੱਤੇ 5 ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦਰਜ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਜਲਦ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਰਿਮਾਂਡ ਲਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
