00:00The Angel Reese performance this season, performances, are so unacceptable

00:08because she's objectively worse, and that to me is very surprising.

00:17Angel last year had herself an all-star caliber season.

00:21Despite not incredible efficiency, she followed that up with unbelievable offensive rebounding,

00:27and it felt like it was something that could be improved upon.

00:31Her field goal percentage has gotten worse.

00:34Her rebounding is down.

00:36Her scoring is down.

00:38The turnovers are up.

00:40The free throw percentage is down.

00:44The reality is the Chicago Sky season is not going to be any type of success.

00:52Clearly, I think we can draw that.

00:54But the questions still remain, can Reese and Cardoza grow into a formidable 4-5 combination

01:11I think Cardoza's showing growth.

01:14Reese has to match that.

01:19before the show, you've got to remember, who was the higher draft pick coming out of college?

01:28Who was the more dominant player?

01:30Like, here's the thing.

01:31Angel Reese benefited from a style of play of how the SEC is.

01:37It was in front of you.

01:38I was talking to a coach yesterday at a high school event,

01:41and we talked about how the SEC is completely different in regards to the skill level that you need.

01:46It's more of athletic basketball.

01:48But when you get to the WNBA, it's athleticism with skill put together.

01:53She does not have it.

01:55In order for her to be effective, they messed up last year when they traded Marina Mabry.

02:01They need a good point guard, and they need a shooter.

02:04Because otherwise, you're going to throw up bricks, she's going to get them,

02:09and they're going to have three people around there when she finishes, and she can't finish.

02:13They've got to surround her with two high-quality guards.

02:17Otherwise, it's going to be a problem for this guy.
