00:00This man called Vishwas Kumar Rakesh, who was sitting on seat 11A on that Air India plane,
00:06do you think he's the luckiest man in history?
00:07I'm sure that there are some people who are even luckier, but he is incredibly lucky.
00:11I mean, to be the sole survivor out of this, in an impossible situation,
00:18this is a plane with a full load of fuel,
00:22which makes hard contact with inhabited city
00:27and blows up and the heat and to be the one person,
00:33you have to ask yourself some very, very significant questions
00:38as to what did I do to deserve this?
00:40I mean, it is existentially, I can imagine it being at one level very fortunate
00:44and at another level very challenging.
00:45How do you justify to yourself that, you know, how do you make sense of it?
00:50Justify, I think, is a wrong word perhaps.
00:52Making sense of something like this is just luck.
00:54It's just relief.
00:56I think it's also a sense of saying, why?
00:58I mean, why me?
00:59Why me for the right reasons?
01:00I mean, sometimes...
01:01Well, for great reasons.
01:02I mean, without no complaints.
01:04Normally, why me is used as a complaint.
01:06Here, it would be like, wow, I mean, you know,
01:08I must have done something really right.
01:10Enough to make you believe in reincarnation.
01:12Enough to make you believe in all kinds of things,
01:14you know, because it is just so incredibly fortunate.
