29:09everything my eye of course immediately drawn to the viper randy orton the man who was the runner
29:15up in last year's king of the ring tournament a very controversial ending to that match with
29:21gunther over in saudi arabia randy orton's shoulders not down for the three count but
29:27gunther got the win randy orton will look to fix that this year yeah that was the ref's discretion
29:32in that finals of king in the ring last year terrible discretion i might add it was clearly
29:38up in the end obviously they were able to tangle later that summer it's great to have randy back
29:44after what happened at backlash back on may 10th against john cena and here's what i find interesting
29:50that was a roll up mellow quickly trying to finish things off and then he runs right into the viper
29:56john cena's made it clear he's not handing out rematches he's got limited dates limited defenses
30:02if anyone wants another crack at him such as randy orton or cody rhodes he's gonna have to learn that
30:08crack the long way i.e winning this tournament oh would you look at aleister black as he moonsaults his
30:15way out onto the floor right into mellow almost a bft though almost an rko there the firepower is
30:23out early and then a black mass attempt as well fatal four-way king of the ring opening round
30:30wade everybody in this fatal four-way nap bashful about putting forth their best stuff early on well
30:44it's a smart thing to do look there's so many distractions in a full way like this you've got
30:48to hope your opponent the one you're aiming for at least hasn't got both eyes on you catch him quick
30:53with a bft and a rko etc i'll win this thing before it really gets going la knight and randy orton
31:01in the middle of the ring and now all four participants out onto the floor those punches
31:07from alice the black and carmelo hayes on the other side of the ring they've had quite the
31:12confrontation over the past six weeks or so black generally getting the better of it but highly
31:18competitive matches there's very little the referee can do about this brawling on the outside of the
31:25ring no count outs in this one randy we're gonna chase down the megastar so much pent-up anger and
31:37aggression in randy orton at the moment clearly still living after what went down in backlash in st louis
31:44several weeks ago cheated out of the wwe championship by john cena versus circumstances
31:51far different now than they were then as r-truth came down to the ring that night
31:57it is ever evolving landscape allegiances beliefs friendships they all change in the blink of an eye
32:04here alice black snap suplex right to the lateral breast cover and the kick out at a two count and
32:11here's the issue you saw on the outside randy orton and l.a night battling away you can't win a match
32:16on the outside and immediately realizing that was alice the black going for that quick pin and almost

32:31just smart to at least take the cover against orton after heavily night nelly knight looks at him says

32:42early as you can take at least one man out of the equation makes your path to victory just that much

32:51and now black drags metal right out and slams him into the barrier
32:58such a fine balance between keeping on your toes keeping on guard yet wanting to go on the attack
33:05drop your guard for a second and all targets are pointed in your direction and viper hooks the leg arm is

33:17alice the black just eight are announced there thanks to that pull on the tights from carmelo
33:22hayes i felt that was a little unnecessary joe text big thud that came crashing down

34:17in la night there was a moment there on the ladder where i think everybody in the into a dome
34:23felt knight was going to cash in right in la
34:26was after la night had been attacked by seth rollins's crew earlier in the matchup still almost
34:33winning the thing but denied at the death we're going to go one better in the king of the ring
34:38tournament now oh how about that tremendous reflexes there from carmelo hayes
34:45just too much quick too and then springboarding with the leg drop
34:51backwards lead like that but still so precise really does have
34:55gifts that most of the roster cannot comprehend does carmelo hayes
35:01again springboarding and coming back on the attack of alistair black
35:06feline abilities and from downtown here comes carmelo flying out to the floor
35:13carmelo hayes is in control here in this fatal four-way king of the ring first round
35:20but la night cleans things up it's again the issue in getting excited too quickly
35:26with your own performance take your eye off the ball for a split second
35:30and just slamming him into our new reinforced announced desk
35:34and guess who's here oh knight able to get away from it
35:47alistair black unable to do so
35:54the viper smashing alistair black right on top of the announced desk we got a bunch of smashed monitors
36:02and i'm sure the spine of alistair black must be pretty smashed up itself after that impact
36:09meanwhile back in the ring la knight taking advantage against mellow yeah and that's the word
36:15advantage you have the advantage it's one on one two men down on the outside you gotta win it now
36:20it's mellow trying to regain himself and fight back while seated up on top of the corner
36:37back and forth they go mega star looking to go big here while he has the moment
36:44sees it see mellow lock it up trying to defend against the superplex battling with all his might
36:54but wait up that's just too long for the viper to stay down back into the firefight with an effort
37:01of his own nobody does it better randy orton trying to take that position that knight had
37:07mellow rakes the eyes fights back but look at the step-up kick by alistair black toe to the eyeball
37:14from alistair black so precise with those strikes
37:20he looked the sand orton out of the ring but instead he turns things around against the viper
37:25right into the post now for a take two the mega star leaping skyward mellow equal to it gets sent
37:33back is he gonna fly from there frog splash memo for the win oh and coming in and making the save at
37:42the last possible minute is alistair black
37:54boy what an interesting sequence of events here from rump arena in lexington
38:00fatal four-way to advance in king of the ring see who can get out of this first round as
38:07carmelo hay spent a lot of time up in the corner there and time again was fighting back and then
38:13eventually was able to create some space against la knight and land the splash yeah milliseconds away
38:20from victory had it not been for the razor sharp timing of alistair black who's now on the offense
38:25he's looking to take advantage well these two know each other so well after the past several weeks
38:37of battles it's now counter for counter what else do you got in the tank
38:42coming up back on may 9th on may 16th as well
38:49it's black able against the o'connor roll attempt but then takes the super kick and gets sent out of
38:53the ring what a sweet shot to the jaw but don't sleep now oh god look who's waiting on him with a
39:00garvin stomp as sadistic as mean as nasty as it gets and at this point orton seems to have all the time
39:10in the world to exact some punishment on this young pretender
39:17just targeting every joint you're on the receiving end of this too many times
39:22randy orton who came out received a great reception here in lexington
39:27not again he's back to our not again randy he's looking to do more damage on the desk and he does
39:32as that back of mellow just crashes home on the reinforced undounced desk

40:28out amongst themselves it's almost two separate matches within this fatal four-way thus far

41:02enough to keep him down but mellow is right for the picking here

41:18of king of the ring fatal four-way is underway winner here will advance to face sammy zane
41:24one-on-one in the semi-finals bodies are flying left right
41:30it was a black mass attempt on orton but he was able to hold on to the ropes
41:35and now the roll-up
41:38volley of muatai strike from alistair black on all three opponents played out
41:46megastar eats that big elbow just exhaustion kicking in there for alistair black but denied
41:52again was carmelo hayes look at this strike sequence as well
41:56various levels kicks punches elbows into the cover to try to advance and a count of two before mellow
42:03kicks out just nobody has figured out the kind of defenses you need to stop these relentless attacks
42:09attacks from alistair black it's a full body workout when this guy gets going
42:14the speed at which they come it is non-stop as he is sizing up his rivals but instead randy
42:23delivers the two big blows talk about the speed at which they oh scoop slam randy orton
