00:00It's a better question for Steve Ballmer who actually made the decision but I
00:03think ultimately like he he's a very process oriented person and I think he
00:07had a process where he met a lot of people including people who weren't
00:11interested in the job at all just to understand somebody who's A plus in the
00:15role that they're in running a professional sports facility what does
00:18that look like and what are the skill sets that are needed in order to be
00:21successful in the job and that helped him formulate an opinion about what he
00:24was looking for and then I think there's always a chemistry that's part of this
00:28is you know do you have somebody that you know you think is going to be capable
00:31of achieving the vision that you have and do you have somebody who is going to
00:35possess the skill sets that you find important and I guess I was lucky enough
00:38to impress him that I was and ten years later I think we've done some pretty
00:41incredible things together I'm so grateful for the opportunity to work
00:44with him and all I've learned
