00:04The experience was fun, but it could be gone.

00:06And I think that stinks on so many levels.

00:08Not just for the ball club, but for the interest level.

00:12The entertainment value.

00:13I mean, right now, I think they're starting to add more guys to the lineup

00:18that are must-see at-bats.

00:20Like, Marcello Meyer and Roman Anthony are must-see at-bats.

00:23I still like watching Jaron Duran hit.

00:25I know he's not having as good of a season,

00:27but he's the guy that can just turn a single into a double and all that stuff.

00:32And then when Devers...

00:32I know Devers has cooled off a little bit, but Devers is another guy.

00:35So now you're talking about almost half your lineup.

00:36You're like, I've got to see this guy hit.

00:38And so if you send Anthony down, I think that's a real disservice.

00:42But the question would be, if you think that's crazy,

00:45then you tell me, what do they do?

00:47Like, if they...

00:48If William Bray comes up, and they love him, and they play him all the time,

00:50even though they do pinch hit him sometimes late in games against lefties,

00:53but what do you think Alex Cora and Craig Breslow would do?

00:59Kind of feels like that might be it.

01:00If it took him this long to call the guy up,

01:03they're obviously not really prioritizing him.

01:04They obviously don't think that he's ready to be, like, an everyday major leaguer

01:07because it took till June.

01:08Not only did it take till June, it took till...

01:10Or they're screwing around with his contract.

01:11Yep, okay.

01:12But that's...

01:12And that's also still kind of the same.

01:14You know, to Rob's point, that part of it hasn't changed.

01:17That hasn't changed, no.

01:17But if you waited till, you know, the first week in June

01:22and it needed to be an injury to call him up,

01:25you know, that doesn't necessarily mean they're going to keep him here the whole time.

01:28So, Anthony may not be here for the long term.

01:31How would you feel about that, Red Sox fans,

01:32when they send him down, when Abreu comes back?

01:34And how do you solve what I guess is a good problem to have?

01:37I don't really think they have as many good players as they think they do,

01:40but I guess it's a good problem to have too many players for not enough spots.

01:44How do you get that all to fit together?

01:45Is it a trade for some pitching, which this team clearly needs?

01:49Is it sending a guy down?

01:50How do you solve that?
