00:00There have been some videos doing the rounds, and obviously we have to be cautious of what does the rounds on social media.
00:05It might not all be authentic, but someone who claims to have been a passenger on that very same aeroplane earlier in the day,
00:12flying, I believe, to or from Delhi, says a lot of things weren't working.
00:19The call buttons weren't working. The in-flight entertainment system wasn't working.
00:24There were various other things that seemed to be malfunctioning.
00:26I mean, should we read anything into that, or would you say these are completely unrelated issues?
00:33Well, those systems wouldn't affect the aircraft, the way the aircraft flies.
00:38But obviously, you raise questions then about maintenance.
00:43Now, why the flaps were not in the correct position, I suppose, you know, it's possible.
00:51There was some technical reason for that when the crew had originally selected them correctly.
00:57It's very hard to know. It's all speculation at the moment.
01:01But normally, if the flaps were not set correctly for takeoff, there would be a warning to the crew.
01:06The aircraft would say it wasn't configured correctly.
01:10If the flaps were raised too soon after takeoff, that would be extremely unusual for a crew to make that kind of mistake.
01:20If there was a technical reason for the flaps retracting uncommanded, that would be very rare.
01:27But, you know, if you're looking at the technical reasons or maintenance, I suppose the investigators will look at that.
01:35I mean, they'll look at absolutely every possible angle, I'm quite sure.
01:40You know, we're looking at actually a guy that's wrong with the officers who have been intimidated by the aircraft.
01:43But, you know, it's a good example.
01:46If there's a squinting to even if there's no place or not, I would say a guy that's wrong with the aircraft.
01:49If there's already some stuff that's wrong with the aircraft.
01:50But then, you know, especially if there's no room for the aircraft.
01:52You know, I'm still here.
01:53If there's no explosion, there's no problem.
01:54So I feel like the military aircraft, I'm just like the infantry aircraft to the aircraft.
01:57You know, I'm not to believe they're not some safety officers.
01:59Then, you know, we're going to do so.
