00:00
Good morning.
00:01
The Philippine Constitution Association or Philconsa led by retired Chief Justice Renato Puno said
00:08
na yung order po daw ng Senate na ibalik sa House of Representatives ang articles of impeachment
00:13
para litisin si B.P. Sara raises grave constitutional questions
00:17
and challenges the integrity of the impeachment process.
00:21
00:25
and proceed with the impeachment trial in accordance with the Constitution and the rule of law.
00:30
Ano po ang reaksyon dito ng palasyo?
00:33
01:34
Yusek, magandang umaga po.
01:44
Meron lang concerns coming from some members of the House of Representatives,
01:49
particularly Representative Chua.
01:51
Although nag-convene na yung impeachment court,
01:57
02:06
particularly Senators Aimee Marcos and Robin Hood Padilla.
02:10
What do you think of this?
02:14
My opinion?
02:15
Yes, ma'am.
02:15
02:46
hindi para sa isang tao lamang.
02:51
Maraming salamat, Maricel.
02:53
Follow-up question, Tuesday new, DCW.
03:00
Good morning, ma'am.
03:02
03:10
Who are you referring to, ma'am?
03:11
03:16
May nagbabakasyon po ba?
03:19
Hindi ko po alam.
03:21
Kaya ko tinatanong sa inyo.
03:22
In general po, ang Pangulo po,
03:24
aksyon, aksyon, at aksyon.
03:27
Hindi bakasyon.
03:28
03:31
So wala kayong particular na tao?
03:33
Wala po akong particular.
03:34
03:38
Okay. Thank you, ma'am.
03:39
Maraming follow-up question, Ivan Marina.
03:42
Anabanggit niyo, Yusek, that the President is open to a dialogue para to trash out the differences in positions sa upper and lower chamber.
03:51
But is he going to initiate it?
03:53
Para ho hindi na lumala itong sinusabing possibility of a constitutional crisis?
03:58
04:30
Yes, but at what point or in what issues is the President willing to intervene?
04:35
Depende po. Kung gano'n na po baka lala.
04:39
Kasi may nakikita po tayo may pagtatalo po sa wage hike.
04:43
04:47
So tignan po. At kaya as is po ito ng Pangulo.
04:49
But still, the President is open for a dialogue.
04:52
Salamat.
05:05
Salamat.
