02:34Kaya hindi natin dapat ininiglik.

02:36Government should give back to them in terms of their education, training,

02:42at saka po ano yung subsidy.

02:43Kasi if we have a free tertiary education act,

02:47why don't we give or afford the seafarers, the students,

02:52the same benefits or the same privilege?

02:54Kasi after all, they're giving back to us.
