00:00Hello and welcome to Manchester World. My name is Theo Cusenbet and we have a little
00:04treat in store for you today. The topic in general is going to be about Father's Day
00:09and we're going down to newly opened Neapolitan pizza restaurant Forbici to talk to them about
00:14what they're offering for that very special day. Firstly though we're going to talk to
00:18their head chef Davide about what makes their pizza special and what he loves about Manchester.
00:24My name is Davide Argentino. I'm a master baker. I'm in Manchester at the moment from
00:29seven years. Now I got my pizzeria together with individual restaurant Forbici and I can
00:36let you know you will taste the lightest pizza you have to taste ever and ever. The difference
00:43between our pizza and the rest of the pizza we work with the bigger dough, prove at room
00:48temperature forever the lightest result you can have. We work with a very very high hydration
00:55and what I can say you had just come and taste the massive difference you can taste in our
01:01pizzeria. And plus England for me is the center of the world where you can see all the kind
01:08of population with a different religion, a different mentality, but all of them they working well
01:14together and they respect each other. This is the only thing I just say in UK guys and in Manchester now we have
01:21Forbici is a pizzeria where you can taste the original San Marzano, you can taste the original
01:27Fiordi Latte made only with the napolitan milk and you can taste the freshness of our ingredients
01:34and you can taste the real taste of Napoli. You have to come here and come to see us. Thank you.
01:40So that's a little bit about Forbici. Let's talk about their Father's Day offering in particular.
01:44So before I throw over to Mattia, one of the workers there to talk you through it,
01:48I'll give you a little hint. Forbici means scissors in Italian. Let's go see what Mattia has to say.
01:54So on this Sunday for Father's Day we're going to have a nice offer here. If you will come to try
02:00our pizza you will have a free voucher to get an eye cut on the barber just next door to us.
02:06So it's a nice opportunity for all the father to have a new eye cut for you and try the best pizza in
02:11town as well. So because our name is Forbici, Forbici means scissors in Italian, so we have this
02:18common thing with the barber shop we decide to do this partnership with them. So when you came here
02:23you have to expect the best pizza in Manchester as most of the people say and typical traditional
02:29napolitan pizza with the traditional oven we have everything you can ask for. If you've been in
02:35Naples and you want to come back you can come here it will be the same thing.
02:40So there you have it a brilliant offer. Fathers who come in to celebrate Father's Day this Sunday will be
02:44given a free voucher for a haircut at Urban Gent, a brilliant barber here in the city. It's definitely
02:49worth getting down there and giving it a try. But that's all for now, follow Manchester World for more.
