00:00You know, last time, your relationship with former Chipotle CEO, now Starbucks CEO, Brian Nichol.
00:05In fact, the last time we talked, you were just, I caught you after a gym session with him, is that right?
00:10You catch me yet again. We were in the gym this morning.
00:12Oh my gosh, all right.
00:13One of us was late to the gym this morning, and I promise you it wasn't the former COO of Chipotle.
00:18Brian and I made a great tag team because I was effectively running the business.
00:23And so I think I ran a pretty good business, and I know that Brian really managed a great stock.
00:28And when I say manage a stock, we're not talking about managing numbers.
00:31It's really about selling the story to the investment community about where we're going, what we're working on, and how we'll lead the company, and what the growth story really is.
00:41And that obviously supports the multiple over time.
00:44And so that said, one of the things that I had to learn stepping into the role, going from the person pulling the levers, turning the knobs every day,
00:52to generate an outcome to someone that is now working to manage a great stock and drive legacy is just a completely different job.
