00:26Nag-alok daw na magbayad ang Tape Incorporated pero bigo ang negosasyon sa kung magkano ang handa nitong ibayad.

01:01Kaya hindi naging acceptable yung offer to settle yung subject of the case.

01:11Kaya nagkaroon ng problema sa mediation.

01:20sa mga may-ari ng Tape Incorporated para sa mga airtime fees na hindi ni-remit ng Tape sa GMA.

01:28Sa preliminary investigation daw tatalakayin kung ito ba'y tatayong kasong kriminal o civil case lamang.

01:35They misappropriated the property, the funds that were supposed to be turned over to GMA.

01:40The submission of the respondents is that it's a liability of the corporation, Tape Incorporated,

01:47and it's a civil liability of the corporation.

01:50So yun, that would be part of course of the defense during the submission of the counter affidavit.

01:57Dahil tapos na ang pagkakataon ng mediation para sa settlement,

02:01muling iraraffle ang kaso sa isa pang piskal na siyang magsasagawa ng preliminary investigation.

02:07Ang piskal na yun ang magdidesisyon kung iaakyat ang kaso sa korte o hindi.
