15:15exceptions.

15:16Each

15:17Christian

15:17has a

15:18laundry list

15:18of blessings

15:19that God

15:20intends to

15:21give to

15:21them based

15:23on how

15:23they're

15:24passing

15:24their

15:24tests.

15:25Not

15:26because

15:26they're

15:26good or

15:26bad or

15:27holy or

15:28unholy,

15:28but because

15:29God wants

15:29to see

15:30what he

15:31can trust

15:31you with.

15:33You cannot

15:34receive the

15:35gift of

15:35prophecy or

15:36the gift

15:37of healing

15:37if God

15:39cannot trust

15:40you with

15:41it because

15:42you would

15:43make shipwreck

15:43of it.

15:44You screw

15:44it up.

15:46And human

15:47by nature,

15:49birth,

16:06temptations

16:07are

16:08God's

16:10Thanksgiving

16:11turkey

16:11thermometer.

16:14I remember

16:15when I was

16:15a kid,

16:16we had

16:17Thanksgiving

16:17one time,

16:18and there

16:19was a

16:20thermometer

16:20sticking out

16:21of this

16:21turkey.

16:22And I

16:23couldn't

16:23understand

16:23why

16:24somebody

16:24wanted to

16:24know

16:25what the

16:26temperature

16:26was of

16:27turkey.

16:29Because I

16:30know this

16:30is going to

16:30sound a little

16:31weird,

16:31but when I

16:32was a

16:32kid,

16:34a lot of

16:35times,

16:35to take your

16:36temperature,

16:37they stuck a

16:37thermometer up

16:39your fanny.

16:42I don't think

16:42they'd do that

16:43anymore.

16:44But for some

16:45reason,

16:46they did.

16:46And that

16:47happened to me

16:47once or twice

16:48when I was

16:48a kid.

16:49And I

16:50remember I

16:50always felt

16:51kind of

16:51uncomfortable

16:51with it.

16:54And then

16:55as an

16:56adult,

16:56you put the

16:57thermometer in

16:59your mouth,

16:59which seemed

17:00like more

17:01reasonable.

17:02Put it

17:02under your

17:02tongue.

17:03Okay.

17:05Well,

17:05this is

17:06God's way

17:07of taking

17:08the thermometer

17:10and

17:11putting it

17:14up your

17:14fanny.

17:15He's looking

17:16at the

17:16gauge

17:17He

17:18stuck it

17:19in your

17:19soul.

17:20The temptation

17:22came to

17:22your soul

17:23and He's

17:24looking at

17:25the

17:25printout

17:26to see

17:27what your

17:28temperature

17:28is.

17:32facing temptations,

17:34you're actually

17:34facing future

17:36blessings.

17:41Temptations

17:50the testing

17:51of your

17:52being much

17:55more precious

17:56than gold

17:57that perishes,

18:04be found

18:05praise and

18:05honor and

18:06glory of

18:27believe

19:01you're going

19:01through,

19:02they're directly

19:03from God.

19:04And He's

19:05doing it

19:05to punish

19:06you.

19:08He is not.

19:09They do not

19:09come from Him.

19:10He's allowing

19:11it to happen.

19:13See,

19:13you can be

19:14almost 100%

19:15sure,

19:16not in every

19:17case,

19:17but literally

19:17almost every

19:18case.

19:20If the devil

19:21tells you

19:21something,

19:23the opposite

19:24is probably

19:24true.

19:26Can you

19:27believe that?

19:29You sure

19:30can believe it

19:30because that's

19:31the truth.

19:31if He tells

19:34you something

19:34the opposite,

19:35what He said

19:36is probably

19:36the truth.

19:39And remember,

19:40here's why

19:43God has to

19:44test you

19:44to see

19:44where you

19:45are.

19:45He has to

19:46know what

19:47He needs

19:47to do

19:49go to

19:54tested

20:21semester at

20:22Emporia State

20:22University in

20:23Kansas,

20:24my guidance

20:27counselor took

20:31a look at my

20:32transcript and

20:32said,

20:33hey,

20:33you got B's

20:33in math

20:34because I

20:35had gotten

20:35a B in

20:36geometry and

20:36a B in

20:37general math

20:38when I was

20:39in high

20:39school.

20:41And I

20:41think I had

20:42gotten a B

20:42in pre-algebra.

20:45And what

20:45the counselor

20:46didn't know

20:47was I had

20:47barely gotten

20:48that.

20:48I had to

20:49work pretty

20:50hard to get

20:50that.

20:51I was not

20:52a slam-dunk

20:52B.

20:53No.

20:53No way.

20:55So he

20:56put me

20:56down trying

20:57to figure

20:57out my

20:58class schedule

20:58as an

20:59incoming

20:59freshman.

21:01He said,

21:02well,

21:02this looks

21:02good.

21:02That's good,

21:03good,

21:03good.

21:04I'll tell

21:04you what,

21:05there's an

21:05opening.

21:07because you

21:08look like
