07:01I wanted to share with you a story today

07:04Very important

07:06If you just started out your ministry

07:09Or you're thinking of going into the ministry

07:12I sure hope you are

07:13Or you've been called by God

07:16You feel it in your soul

07:17That you're supposed to be doing something for the Lord

07:20Today's message is for you

07:23And a tremendously encouraging message today

07:27If you go back to Matthew chapter 10

07:30The legendary John the Baptist is in prison now

07:36He's been removed from the scene

07:37Because his ministry was seasonal

07:41His ministry was seasonal

07:44He was to serve the Lord for a season

07:48And then he was to be removed

07:50So the Son of God could

07:51Move to the top

07:54As they say

07:55The slang term is

07:56The cream always rises to the top

07:59And

07:59The Holy Son of God was

08:03The cream

08:04Of history

08:06No questions

08:09And no close seconds

08:10So the cream rose to the top

08:13In Palestine

08:13And so John had to be removed

08:17And Jesus

08:18Transitioned out of

08:20John

08:21The greatest prophet

08:22And the greatest preacher

08:23That ever lived

08:24And that's still true to this day

08:26By the way

08:27Jesus expanded his ministry

08:57Heal the sick

08:58Freely have received

09:01He gives them some

09:04Specific information

09:06About adversity

09:07I want you to

09:09Always understand

09:11And always know

09:14That if you have

09:16A true call from God

09:17You're going to face adversity

09:23A rotten TV preacher

09:25Or one of these

09:27Phony mega church pastors

09:28Your adversity

09:32Is going to be minimal

09:33Because the devil

09:34Is actually going to

09:35Promote your ministry

09:36Demons promote

09:38Ministries

09:39They can control

09:41They attack

09:43Ministries

09:44That are

09:45A threat to them

09:46That's how

09:48Their system works

09:49That's their mentality

09:50They try to get

09:52Your ministry

09:54Booming

09:55If you're preaching

09:56False doctrines

09:57And you're leading

09:58People astray
