Bhopal (MP), June 11, 2025 (ANI): Speaking on his Gujarat’s visit, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on June 11 said that they need more zoos in Madhya Pradesh to protect the animals. “From the point of view of our wildlife, we have many forest areas in Madhya Pradesh. Like this, if the highest number of tigers is there, it is in Madhya Pradesh. Maximum number of leopard is in our state. Vultures are also the most prevalent in the entire country in our own state. We need more rescue centres to keep safe of these animals. After Kuno National Park, we are developing a new park. So I have sent many of our officers to establish a rescue center at the divisional level. We have a rescue centre in Bhopal Van Vihar… As tourists are increasing, number of zoo should also increase. I am going to see the best rescue centre in Gujarat…We are also trying to open veterinary hospital. I will be making many decisions after Gujarat visit. We all should protect the animals,” said Mohan Yadav.
