00:00My question to you is, there's been talks about a ceasefire.
00:04Israel said it would accept the U.S. proposed ceasefire by Steve Witkoff.
00:10Why has Hamas not accepted the latest U.S. ceasefire proposal?
00:16To be honest with you, what we've heard is that today,
00:19President Trump will be speaking to Mr. Netanyahu about these efforts
00:27and about more aid, humanitarian aid, being let into Gaza
00:31in order to alleviate the suffering of all the people who are starving to death.
00:37I'm not privy to the negotiations.
00:40I'm not privy to the details of what has been proposed.
00:44But obviously, if they've rejected these proposals,
00:48you can probably say that it's been one-sided.
00:51We've had proposals coming from the U.S. where they talked about a Gaza Strip
00:55that resembles Cote d'Azur, Monte Carlo, etc.
00:59So, you know, under these conditions,
01:00we need to be a little bit more serious about what these proposals are.
01:05And as far as I understand,
01:07a total one-sided proposal for a ceasefire
01:12is probably not conducive to attaining that ceasefire.
