00:25kumpiyansa si House Senior Deputy Speaker Aurelio Dong Gonzales-Chinner

00:29na maipagpapatuloy ni House Speaker Martin Romualdes ang kanyang pangmuno sa Kamara hanggang sa susunod na kongreso.

00:37Sa ngayon, nasa 285 na raw na mambabatas ang lumagda sa Manifesto of Support para kay Romualdes.

00:43Kaya't malinaw na sinyalis ito na masaya sila sa pangmuno ng House Speaker at nagkakaisa sila sa pagsuporta rito.

00:51All congresspersons in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanaos are all happy.

00:57May saya po silang lahat.

00:58So, wala po akong nakikita problema sa House.

01:01Una ng kinumpirma ni House Deputy Speaker at Cebu 5th District Representative Duke Frasco

01:06na hindi siya lumagda sa nasabing Manifesto para kay Speaker Romualdes.

01:10Pero hindi ito nagustuhan ng kanyang partido na National Unity Party

01:14kaya't nagpa siya silang i-expel na ang kongresista.

01:17We were quite surprised because as Deputy Speaker, if you're speaking of unity,

01:23the first thing that Duke should have done was raise the issue among party members, party leaders.

01:28Diba, normally, you should have a dialogue.

01:31And wala namang dialogue, wala namang siyang concern.

01:33And the suspect of the members is that he's bargaining, arm-twisting the Speaker

01:38to retain him as Deputy Speaker.

01:40Para naman kay House Deputy Speaker JJ Suarez, bagamat may lumutang na issue ukol kay Frasco,

01:46hindi nito mabubura ang matibay na suporta ng super majority kay Romualdes.

01:51If there is unity that needs to be shown, I think the manifesto of support

01:59that Speaker Martin Romualdes has gained up to as of this moment

02:03is a true sign of unity in the House of Representatives.
