00:05past, but it is also about reminding people that reform are essentially making completely
00:11unfunded commitments that would represent a kind of Liz Trust on steroids. Those commitments add
00:15up to over a hundred billion pounds, that's sort of two and a half times the scale of Liz Trust's
00:20commitments. They haven't even given a second thought to how that's going to be funded,
00:25and so we're making clear that we are different to that. Of course we want to get taxes down,
00:30but we'll do it, we Conservatives will do it in a way that is properly thought through
00:33and responsible.
