01:26No situación ever where he was going to stay in this country.
01:30None. None.
01:31There is no scenario where Abrego Garcia will be in the United States again.
01:36If he were to come back, we would immediately deport him again.
01:39He has no right to remain here any longer.
01:41He must be removed from the country.
01:43So his only options are to be deported to his home country or another country.
01:48That's it.
01:49There's no other option.
01:50He doesn't get to stay here.
01:51He doesn't get to live here.
01:52The best that could happen for him,
01:54if he actually came back to the United States,
01:55he would be detained and removed again
01:57because he hasn't ordered deportation.
01:59The grand jury found that over the past nine years,
02:03Abrego Garcia has played a significant role in an alien smuggling ring.
02:11They found this was his full-time job, not a contractor.
02:17It is alleged this defendant is part of the same smuggling ring
02:20responsible for the death of more than 50 migrants in 2021
02:25after the tractor-trailer overturned in Mexico.
02:29The man has a horrible past,
02:33and I could see a decision being made.
02:35Bring him back, show everybody how horrible this guy is.
02:38He should have never had to be returned.
