00:00The Lion, the Mouse, and the Sleepy Bear
00:10Once upon a time, in a lush forest, there lived a small mouse.
00:17There was a huge bear who lived in a neighboring cave.
00:22The big bear, who had hibernated months ago, was still sleeping and snoring loudly.
00:29The little mouse went to him one day to wake the bear up
00:33because he could not sleep all winter due to the bear's noisy snoring.
00:42Mr. Bear! Hey, Mr. Bear! Hey! Summer has come! You can wake up any time now!
00:50However, the bear still did not wake up.
00:53The little mouse came to the bear this time with a bugle.
00:56He blew vigorously into the bugle.
01:01But the bear continued to sleep.
01:06While the little mouse was wandering sleeplessly in the forest, he met several animal friends.
01:12What happened, little mouse? Why are you sad?
01:15Ugh, don't ask, guys.
01:17All winter I could not sleep because of the bear's snoring, and he still won't wake up.
01:24Hmm, maybe the lion can help you.
01:29What? Why would I go talk to him?
01:32Because the lion roars so loud that everyone jumps up the instant I hear his loud voice.
01:39Though the little mouse was a little scared by the thought,
01:44he went to the lion, the king of the forest, to request his assistance.
01:49The lion was sleeping in front of his cave.
01:51The little mouse was terrified when he saw the mighty beast,
01:54so he decided to give up his plan and go back home.
01:57But when he accidentally stepped on a branch in front of him,
02:00the big cat woke up, and a tiny trembling voice reached his ears.
02:06Uh, what's that noise? What are you doing in front of my cave?
02:14Um, well, king of the forest, sorry to wake you up.
02:20Well, I, um, came to ask for your help.
02:25You're not even big enough to be considered snack-sized, little mouse.
02:29Why should I help you?
02:32Dear fearsome lion, you have to wake up my neighbor, the big bear.
02:35Who won't wake up from hibernation?
02:38Nothing I do seems to wake him.
02:40Since I am small, I have a little voice.
02:44But one roar from you can solve everything.
02:48Roar!
02:51I don't have time to spend for a tiny, little, useless mouse like you.
02:58I am king of the forest.
03:01The lion walked away without helping the mouse.
03:05He went to a corner where no one could see him.
03:08He leaned against a tree and started to itch like crazy.
03:12Oh!
03:16The lion was so itchy that he didn't want anyone to see him like this,
03:21because he was the king of the forest.
03:23The little mouse, on the other hand, was coming home sadly and heard wheezing from the depths
03:31of the forest.
03:33He went to where the voice came from and he saw the lion.
03:37Moreover, the lion was itching himself non-stop and looking rather silly in the process.
03:43The mouse immediately approached the lion.
03:45When the lion saw him, he stopped itching.
03:48But it was clear he was still in pain and discomfort due to the itch.
03:53Mr. Lion, what happened to you?
03:56I don't know, mouse.
03:58I don't know.
03:59I can't stop itching myself.
04:02Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.
04:05You haven't seen or heard anything, mouse.
04:09Are we clear?
04:10The mouse carefully fixed his tiny eyes on the lion and saw a bunch of tiny fleas jumping
04:18in his fur.
04:19The mouse understood why the mighty cat was itching so much.
04:24Aw, you have fleas.
04:27Let me help you.
04:30How can you help me?
04:32You're just a little mouse.
04:34Leave me alone.
04:36Oh, oh, oh, oh.
04:39The little mouse bravely jumped on him, ignoring the lion's rude comments.
04:44What are you doing?
04:47Get off of me.
04:49The mouse started to crawl through the thick, scruffy fur and throw out all the fleas.
04:55But this made the lion's situation even worse.
04:58He started itching himself with his paws.
05:01Oh, oh, oh, oh.
05:04The lion could not bear the itch and leaned his back against the tree.
05:09This time he started to rub right and left.
05:13Oh, no.
05:14I was almost crushed.
05:16I can't stop.
05:18I can't stop.
05:19The more you run over me, the more I itch.
05:22Get off, mouse.
05:25The lion ran to a nearby lake.
05:27He quickly jumped into the water.
05:30The mouse on his back was nearly drowned.
05:34Mr. Lion, get out of the water right away or I'll drown.
05:38The lion came out of the lake but then proceeded to shake himself dry.
05:45He was shaking his body so hard and so fast that the mouse barely was able to hang on to that thoughtless lion.
05:52I've almost got the itch taken care of, Mr. Lion.
05:57Just a little bit more to the left.
06:01The lion finally stopped himself.
06:04The mouse threw out the last few fleas that remained on the lion.
06:08How do you feel now?
06:09Well, it's like my itching is gone.
06:17Because I have cleaned all the fleas for you, sir.
06:21The lion was very embarrassed with how rude he was.
06:24When you asked for help, I looked down on you, mouse.
06:30But you still did everything in your power to save me from this difficult situation.
06:39You're welcome, Mr. Lion.
06:41Come on, hop on my back and I'll take you home.
06:45When the little mouse and the big lion arrived at the mouse's home,
06:50they heard loud snoring sounds flooding out of the big bear's cave.
06:56Huh? What's that noise?
06:59They then entered the cave.
07:03Ah, you were right, mouse.
07:06Summer has come.
07:08The big bear is still sleeping.
07:11The lion, the king of the forest, took a deep breath
07:15and roared so powerfully right into the ears of the big bear
07:21that the stone floor of his cave shook.
07:27Thanks to this powerful roar,
07:29the bear finally woke up and ran out of the cave.
07:34Huh? What happened?
07:36Is there something wrong?
07:38What happened? Did the sun come out?
07:41Is it summer?
07:42Where is it?
07:43While all the forest animals laughed at the big silly bear.
07:56Little mouse was also very happy
07:59that the snoring was finally over.
