nazar ki dua bacho ko buri nazar se kaise bachaye bacho ko buri nazar se bachne ki dua

In Islamic belief, the evil eye (Nazar) is real. It refers to the harmful effect caused when someone looks at something with jealousy, admiration, or envy — often without saying a protective phrase like “Masha’Allah”. The evil eye can cause physical or spiritual harm, illness, or misfortune.

✅ Duas (Prayers) for Protection from the Evil Eye
1. Dua the Prophet ﷺ used for protection of Hasan and Husayn (R.A.):
Arabic:

أُعِيذُكُمَا بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّةِ، مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ وَهَامَّةٍ، وَمِنْ كُلِّ عَيْنٍ لَامَّةٍ

Transliteration:

U‘īdhukumā bi-kalimātillāhit-tāmmati min kulli shayṭānin wa hāmmatin wa min kulli ‘aynin lāmmatin.

Translation:

I seek protection for both of you in the perfect words of Allah from every devil, every poisonous creature, and every harmful eye.

📖 (Sahih al-Bukhari, 3371)

This is a powerful dua that can be recited for children and adults alike.

2. Dua for removing the effect of the evil eye (if already afflicted):
Arabic:

اللَّهُمَّ أَذْهِبْ حَرَّهَا وَبَرْدَهَا وَوَصَبَهَا

Transliteration:

Allāhumma adhhib ḥarrahā wa bardahā wa waṣabahā.

Translation:

O Allah, remove its heat, cold, and pain.

📖 (Musnad Ahmad, Sunan Ibn Majah)

This is used when someone is believed to be afflicted by the evil eye — often while rubbing the affected area.

3. Qur’anic Recommendation: Say “Masha’Allah”
When you admire something — beauty, wealth, success — you should say:

Arabic:

مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ لَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ

Transliteration:

Mā shā’ Allāh, lā quwwata illā billāh.

Translation:

What Allah has willed. There is no power except with Allah.

📖 (Surah Al-Kahf, 18:39)

This protects others from your gaze and prevents unintentionally harming them with envy or admiration.

🛡️ Other Protective Practices (from Sunnah)
Recite Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Naas (known as Al-Mu’awwidhatain) morning and evening

Recite Ayat al-Kursi (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:255) regularly

Daily Adhkar (remembrances) in morning & evening

Blowing over children or loved ones after reciting protection verses

Giving a ritual bath using water from the one suspected to have caused the evil eye (as mentioned in Hadith)
