00:00Meanwhile, the Office of Civil Defense, or OCD, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Tu Chi Philippines Foundation.

00:07This is part of the agency's efforts to strengthen its force and disaster preparedness.

00:13In addition, according to the OCD, they have already started pre-positioning disaster supplies in various areas of the country,

00:20especially now that the rainy season has begun.

00:23They are also coordinating with other government agencies to ensure the safety of Filipinos during times of disasters.
