01:15downtown social security office where where other office can go to and you go
01:20with an El Kahan so I wrote a detailed list of I can't explain to you actually
01:30everything I'm actually too tired something's really wrong with me today I'm
01:35just very very tired and there I wrote notes though I really would like to
01:48explain it to you how far it's just not but that thing that I posted about the
01:56assessment they say it's required for anyone who's receiving some sort of
02:02funding from Health and Human Services but they kind of like made it took it like
02:09acted like it was very serious thing and like I can't explain it giant basically it
02:15was an attack in that email that I got with miss dot that's definitely it was
02:23part of the attack so I realized that I I was had plans of explaining it my entire
02:30day yesterday however I'm not sure if I'm gonna be able to do that even though I
02:37really like to keep you knowing what's going on unfortunately I had plans of going
02:43up to Northern California near the Lubeck California rest area I looked on the
02:51computer and there's a fire so I'm not going to be going up there I'm kind of
02:56disappointed about that however I'm going to be going near the I'm going to be us going to the
03:05Joshua Tree National Park for 44 days and there's a rest area around there and I'll
03:16go to Palm Springs library there's study rooms yesterday there was a lot of
03:25criminal corruption shy that happened between at the Concord New Hampshire has
03:29to say office in the downtown Senate office this is they were supposed to
03:35there was still continued delay of my SSI which alcohol fixed immediately over the
03:40phone and said that it's a long if you send the appeal quickly will continue will
03:46give you a portion of the SSI this month so my mother gave me 150 don't know my

03:59money she cuz I have $250 my bank account because they're messing with my SSI she
04:09gave me $300 well the 150 was already from my dad the previous month she she
04:17told me yesterday morning we mean your dad don't have any money we don't have any
04:21cash we can't help you but then but she still owe me that 150 that was from my dad
04:27she gave me an extra 150 so that I don't have to stay in this rest in this area by
04:33the time a few days will go by I'll get more of my SSI so there will be back pay
04:41coming from Social Security hard there could be a 30 to 45 day wait it's just
04:46really confusing hard to explain Shia however I just paid my car bill so that I
04:52can keep money in my bank account and make sure that I have money for data on
04:58my cell phone which I don't check my phone as much and regularly anymore I can't I
05:02use the data and there was all things up kinds of things that have been eating up
05:07my data the criminal turned the smart downloads YouTube on on so that it was
05:15updating my smart downloads using up my data you know turn my dad on to use Google
05:21about Google Maps all the time to try to go to try to for directions so I did a lot of
05:32Lumarian technology Shia to deactivate the hive me and deactivate that criminal hacker today and I'm
05:41not going to be fasting I saw the post the care on page I can't fast my heart has a tenderness and
05:49I'm very weak from yesterday's attacks they came up with this whole excuse as I

05:59me pay that $800 and part be deductible because they permanently moved me since
06:05you permanently moved me fraudulently to Concord New Hampshire office the excuse
06:11was they thought I left they have they have all the they have everything still but
06:17then that the another excuse that I can I will continue to have no not enough money
06:23this month is because I got here on me got here me that the bank statement shows and if
06:30I would have gotten here April 30th it would have been able to give me my regular
06:35pain payments this month but then I went to alcohol and the they're going to be
06:42correcting things that I'm not going to get all of my money at least the back pay
06:46which is the SSI next month they she said that all that 800 deductible that oh
06:52that's going to be erased I don't have to do anything about that so alcohol is not a
06:59bad SSA office and they're helping me a lot and then I literally had to drive to
07:05alcohol yesterday I spent hours at the library writing this so basically they
07:12tried to convince me the supervisor at the Concord office with on a three-way
07:18phone call with my mother I think there was some kind of organized thing going on
07:23that if after 30 days if you leave California you're moved no if you out
07:29alcohol said which I read on the internet many many times no it's after 30 days if
07:36you leave the country they never should have taken me off my SSI so I'm not going
07:40to have to over those 185 dollars deducted from my SSI and I'm going to get the SSI
07:50this month and next month back so I guess I can read it to read it to what I wrote
07:58this was the letter to SSI request of consideration appeal to alcohol and SSI I spoke with a claims
08:12specialist at the alcohol location over the phone after many phone calls and phone phone and walk-in
08:20appointments so that was their decision so they would not fix it and conquered and they said you
08:27have to go and appeal it and they didn't tell me how to appeal and I said no I'm
08:30going to speak to the inspector general about this I'm going to speak to your
08:34assistant managers then they she just kept saying no no no you just feel it
08:38just feel it so but my mom is kind of partially in on it but not tell con as to
08:45say I spoke with a claim specialist at the alcohol but she gave me the hundred fifty
08:49dollars she says her spirit guides knew that to give it give me that money so that I can go
08:56away from this over Carlsbad well the Oceanside is a very bad area Oceanside California that is not a
09:07good area there's a lot of it's too busy down here and it's it's not it's not comfortable doesn't feel
09:15safe so to alcohol is to say I spoke with the claims specialist at the alcohol location over

09:26she was able to fix the issue of me being taken off of SSI they told me I need to still make an
09:33appeal to reconsider the overpayment because of the notes it said that I wasn't giving my my mother
09:39money to live with her I was giving her money so I did pay her lots of I get I paid I gave her lots
09:47of money luckily I did because apparently this is going to be the excuses to why would have to have
09:56a decreased SSI for several months I spent in I so I spent a little bit of money that I had on
10:06bedding and medical supplies and a few winter clothes I only have I have to explain the seriousness
10:13of my poverty I only have seven pairs of leggings all my other leggings are stretched out I only own
10:19two pairs of sneakers and one pair winter boots the second pair was an old pair and I wore them
10:24every day for years I'm extremely poor and barely surviving I was not aware that because I had a medical
10:30condition I was going to be permanently moved to New Hampshire I didn't explain that enough I'm in
10:36extreme danger with my health I'm below poverty level I'm attaching bank statements and this letter
10:42will explain how I was paying rent to my mother d and I'm paying rent San Diego within January 25th and
10:49May 5th 2025 I've been living dollar to dollar every month for years and barely surviving I can't afford to
10:56pay back eight hundred dollars to live off of the money I was given I've had cardiac arrest and serious
11:02health condition right now I've made over a dozen phone calls to SSI this past month appointments that
11:07were changed constant excuses and rescheduling this is all organized for my death this type of stress
11:13constant excuses and rescheduling was denied service at the downtown location luckily I had to
11:21ask for the super his supervisor and then he goes you don't know how else to say works there's no one
11:27above me I continued to ask to speak to someone else and then he finally got up and then I got an
11:33appointment I've been I have an increased chance of getting cardiac arrest again which I am not doing
11:41good today I have a painful soreness on my heart today that's why I'm not fasting I have an increased
11:47chance of getting cardiac arrest again and dying due to the amount of financial stress and the cardiac
11:53arrest that a criminal caused by leaking freon in my apartment as it gave me frostbite skin damage and
11:59burns all over my body and cardiac arrest four weeks later the stress of this overpayment is going to
12:05keep me from barely surviving I was told over and over we can't fix this you have to pay the deductible
12:11because I was out of state for 30 days this is incorrect because I was out of state for 30 days within
12:16America this was the reason I was denied they never stopped about the overpayment and they wanted to
12:22continue to force me to pay off the SSI Part B deductible back within those four months I was in New
12:31Hampshire that's when they took me off SSI because I was in New Hampshire and thought that I didn't
12:36qualify because I was living at my mother's house however I had an apartment that I was paying rent for in
12:42San Diego I did arrive in California and stayed here then later I continued to drive to Sedona and
12:50back to California drive around along on a road trip sleeping in my car I can't afford camping and I
12:55can't pitch a tent people trying to murder me I'm running away from danger Sedona is known to heal health
13:01issues like my cardiac arrest I was questioned why I went to Arizona by the Concord New Hampshire supervisor
13:07it's spring summer time people go on trips for health and healing all I'm doing is spending my
13:12money on food and gas I'm barely able to afford hygiene essentials alcohol notice the downtown SSI
13:19never fixed my SSI after my appointment the downtown location they never fixed it they didn't they didn't
13:25fix it so fortunately I'm probably going to receive part of my SSI this month because of the alcohol office
13:30that fixed it downtown San Diego SSI did not fix it the reason why I was five days late driving cross
13:37country after a month and a half of having cardiac arrest I was barely able to drive and had to drive
13:43very slow they told me if I were to have arrived on the 30th of April I would get SSI and SSDI I left
13:50on the 28th I usually can drive cross country within 45 days it took me a lot longer because of the cardiac
13:55arrest I was told I will receive the SSI that was not given to me last month in April 2025 in May 2025
14:02that doesn't sound clear enough while I left in New Hampshire I had a medical emergency and had to
14:11leave my apartment that I free on chemical leak for my AC unit etc I had skin burns and got cardiac
14:18arrest as I had stayed in my apartment for three to five days without realizing free on is lethal
14:25I had to air out the apartment get away from it I have no friends and family in California
14:31I had to drive while sick cross country to stay at my mother's she helped me with my meals for 25 days
14:38I got cardiac arrest my heart stopped for a few minutes and it was bedridden at my mother's for
14:43over 25 days I could barely move it was chronically near death this kept me from being able to drive back
14:48I had to drive cross country back and could not free and could not freeze to death in my car
14:55because I could not afford hotel bills driving back and had to sleep in my car so I should have
15:02explained that a little bit more clearly that's possible because part of the reason why I didn't
15:10leave sooner is because I would have frozen to death in the car I couldn't afford hotel bills I could not
15:17afford a better sleeping bag to keep warm I had already gotten frostbite from the free on chemical
15:22leak and attempting to sleep in my car while driving to my mother's from San Diego here are the dates and
15:27amount of all the money I gave my mother while staying in New Hampshire those 3.5 months and the
15:34dates on my bank statements where I paid my rent so I wrote on a third I took out a money order for a 458
15:42so all of this I had remember I had to pay my mother back because of the hotels I ended up paying her like
15:53300 fortune 500 600 700 almost more than 800 dollars so I took out the money order and this is the bank
16:04same for 458 311 was that for rent and 140 I paid my mother and contributed to rent in Walmart money order on
16:15the 31st January it took out 300 for rent from San Diego on March I took up 400 dollars to contribute
16:23rent to my mother on the 3rd on March 3rd I took out 300 dollars 311 dollars to pay rent for San Diego on the
16:325th I took out money order for 250 to pay rent for my mother while contributing at her house so I gave
16:40my DNA I gave Deanna my debit card several times to use my money to pay for things that would be
16:46contributing to the rent it was not just under the money orders there's more money that I contributed
16:51I was able to use my food stamps I can share my food benefits all three months to the household I
16:58brought all my food I bought in cleaning products from my San Diego apartment to give my mother over
17:03$200 worth of food and hygiene products I didn't eat the food because I was too afraid the free on
17:08chemical leaking in the food I bought her $10 side fold table for $10 I bought her smoothie blender for $15
17:15dollars $60 with the tg max purchase that those clothes for her mother that she I bought for her $31 was having to ship my rent to get my $31 I had to pay for one dot one day shipping from my rent twice to get my rent to my apartment leasing office
17:41for my mother I thought it was a typo $128 I had to buy a refrigerator when I got back because maintenance had leaked my refrigerator that they installed if you could please take off the overpayment please give me back the SSI payment that I never received last month and take off the $185 deductible I have extreme mental health condition I'm able and I am barely able to survive my bills that I currently have are

18:57I still believe they should not have taken me off they were probably trying to get me to go back to that apartment Shia
19:04you can see my skin is not doing good just from being exposed to that for that little few minutes because I had to print something I had to print bank statements right before the housing inspection happened you can see that I just being exposed to it for a little while got a reaction
19:25I still believe this never should have happened to begin with I wasn't supposed to take me taking off of SSI
19:32and they reported wrongfully they wrote in the notes that I permanently moved and I did not I still believe they should not have taken me off of California SSI SSDI and moved me to New Hampshire I still believe that there's fraudulence that has occurred at San Diego and Concord office
19:47I have to say office and I'm going to investigate when I'm covered more from the cardiac arrest
19:54I've written detailed notes and have received a lot of lies I was denied from Concord because I left the state not the country over 30 days they told me the issues is from San Diego and they continue to refuse to fix it that
20:08before I talked to the supervisor and then the supervisor said we already made a decision.

20:15They told me the issue is from San Diego and they continue to refuse to fix it
20:19because San Diego told them I permanently moved.
20:23You now have on file the rent ledger of all the payments that I have the leasing office print out for me
20:29and my rental agreement at 114th Street, San Diego.
20:34The whole situation with SSI has caused me so many hours of panic attacks and it is true.
20:41My heartbeat recently stopped February 30th, 2025.
20:45There were only 15 people waiting at the San Diego downtown office
20:48and I walked in and they said they were full.
20:52I walked in, they called my number and at the window they said they were full.
20:58I have photos of the only 15 people waiting.
21:04You have to come back June 12th.
21:05Walk-ins are available.
21:07I was called back 15 minutes later for the walk-in appointment
21:09after I asked for the supervisor to see what they will say about being full.
21:15Tim said that's not how SSI works.
21:18There's no one above me.
21:19Then the person, and then he gets up and says he's going to go talk to someone.
21:22And the person that I had the appointment with, her last name, Alexander, said they don't handle anything with Medicare.
21:31That's a lie.
21:32I have to because they had to give me back my SSI.
21:37They didn't fix, they refused to fix the SSI.
21:41They wanted me to pay back all these $800 and not receive the back pay of $260 from last month, this month.
21:53Then the person that I had the appointment with, her last name, said they don't handle anything with Medicare.
21:59I have to go to Health and Human Services to resolve it.
22:03They don't resolve it.
22:04Then I called Health and Human Services, and they said, we only give you payment plans.
22:11Then I called Conquer, and they said, over and over, you left for 30 days, you left for 30 days.
22:17And at the downtown San Diego appointment, because they knew if it was resolved that I paid enough money to my mother to live there,
22:28which shouldn't have happened to begin with, because I was paying my rent and didn't move in San Diego.
22:34So, this would have been resolved.
22:36That's why they were covering up the overpayment.
22:40Talking about the overpayment, because if the overpayment was the problem, then this would have been all resolved.
22:46Because that was actually the actual issue.
22:49It wasn't that I left the state for 30 days.
22:52Both my brother and mother that I temporarily live with collect SSI.
22:56My mother doesn't have extra money.
22:57My mother doesn't have extra money to help me.
23:00My dad lives month to month.
23:02I have a small pension and would be considered low income, too.
23:06I have no other family or friends that would help me or that I even talk to.
23:09I'm very isolated.
23:10I'm extremely sick with an extreme mental health condition.

28:58Because it's been a couple of days that I hadn't showered.

29:04I'm going to try to find a fragrance-free at Grocery Outlet.
29:06I don't, they typically, I've tried to find shampoo and conditioner at Grocery Outlet so many times and they never have a fragrance-free kind.
29:15So, it's possible I'll get like a $347 and $149 back within 30 to 40 days.
29:28And I will not have to pay that $185 for the next four months deductible.
29:34Because, they said that they, well, the downtown did not fix it, but Al-Qa-Hon did.

30:49Another good thing is I went to State Farm Insurance to pay with cash my bill so I could keep the money I have in my bank account and make sure all the miscellaneous bills get paid, make sure I have money for data.
31:00And so, they increased it for $40.
31:06I already have minimum car insurance coverage.
31:09They increased it, they increased it, it went up again, every year it goes up, and it went up $40.
31:15So, I said, can you please just try to decrease as much as possible?
31:22What other, what would other people do, like in regard, because they're trying to talk to me about car insurance.
31:30I said, what would you do for other people?
31:33And so then, so instead of, if my car gets stolen or vandalized, I'll have to pay $1,000 and not $500.
31:40And that dropped it down at $30 less.
31:44So, my car insurance bill is $109, which is a lot better than, well, it's $7 less than this past year.
31:56So, that's really good.
31:57So, I want to explain it more clearly, the SSI thing, but I can't right now.
32:12So, I think I'm going to, well, my car is dirty, shy, I'm going to vacuum it.
32:19It's really unorganized, it's messy, I have to do some laundry, wash my backpack and my towel and other things.
32:27Um, I'm just feeling very unorganized and I don't, oh, I haven't been drinking enough water because I have been having a bathroom problem.
32:37I've been trying to focus on bladder acupressure, which was helping a lot.
32:44And then I screenshot the bladder acupressure points and I keep forgetting which, where the acupressure point is.
32:51So, if I drink one bottle of water, I'll have to go to the, I'll have to urinate three times.
33:03That's how my bladder's, like, not working.
33:06I don't have the ability to go to the bathroom three times with one bottle of water.
33:19It's usually, I'm not, it's usually what happens.
33:23So, I'll just have to hold it for a long time and have bladder, bladder pain until I can go.
33:28So, um, yeah, so, there was fraudulence that happened.
33:38I hope I can sue them and I hope they lose their jobs and get punished, Shia.

36:11She came up with some kind of excuse like you can't, but she couldn't technically say that you can't.
36:17You can go to a different office.
36:19It's a lie that you can't.
36:21They were just really messing with me in that office and didn't want me to go to a different office for them to get caught.
36:26So, I wish that I, um, I think I'm going to stop this video shy because I have to start driving on the road to the area that I'm going to.

36:56There's too many people in the ocean, so it's not a good area.

37:12I'm going to go up to Joshua Tree, California area just for four days so that I can spend my CalFresh in California.
37:21Because if you consistently spend your CalFresh in different locations, live in different states, then they might do something.
37:31But if I stay in California, go to Walmart, buy the $120 worth of pantry food and water, and then go to Sedona for a couple of weeks, it'll just, because the thing is, I want to go to Sedona as early as possible, not the end of the month.
37:52Because I have greater chances of coming back in this area and having more protection, uh, because Sedona is deactivating the AI and the criminal, AI, criminal pipeline.
38:08So if I stayed here for a couple of weeks, um, and then went to Sedona, anyways, that's not what I'm going to do.
38:20So, so, but I figured out, luckily I went onto the library computer and figured out there's a fire in your area.
38:28Well, in the Libet, California area where the rest area is.
38:31So I'm not going to go up there.
38:33And that would have been kind of stressful anyways.
38:35It would have been kind of sad that it would have been too, because I'd be so nearby you.
38:41Um, and also it's a very intimidating, stressful area.
38:47So I think this will be good.
38:48And it's going to, the weather's going to be a problem.
38:50There's always something to worry about.
38:51There's always a problem, no matter what.
38:55I mean, if it was like a perfect 75 degrees, I probably wouldn't complain.
39:04However, there would be, there'll be fine, there'll be ways to complain if the weather's perfect.
39:11Something else wouldn't be perfect.

39:44However, this lack of routine and lack of survival is just becoming, uh, too stressful.

39:57However, the walking is really helping.
40:01Eating the salads every day is really helping.
40:03Um, being away from extreme demon portals, like that apartment complex, New Hampshire house, is helping.
40:15And I don't mind the driving.
40:17I like, I think, I, there's, it's very peaceful to be on the road.
40:22Well, no, actually.
40:25Sometimes.
40:25I, usually I'll just get, I'll still get extreme, waste of school, non-stop, 24-7.
40:33I'll have to do Lumarian technology to fight it.
40:37And I'll have a problem with having to go to the bathroom and stress out in regards to trying to find a bathroom.
40:44Because it, going to stores, to have to use the restroom, it's not always, I don't, I don't go to gas stations to use the restroom.
40:53That's, they're too gross.
40:54Because, I'm not always in the areas where there's large towns with nice stores, with nice bathrooms, so I can get really sick to my stomach having to visit these rest areas.
