The Jagannathpur Open Cast Project supplies 2,659 cubic meters of water daily, transforming 500 acres into fertile fields for paddy, wheat, and vegetables. SECL’s Rs. 99.60 lakh CSR-funded Farmers’ Community Irrigation Project in Balrampur-Ramanujganj lifts water from Tura Nala and Mahan River, irrigating 70–80 acres per village. Farmers, contributing ₹25 per acre monthly, now grow two crops annually, aligning with PM Narendra Modi’s vision of rural prosperity. This sustainable mining model fosters a greener future.
