00:14anyone is the victim these are two strong countries and as i said the president has a good relationship
00:20with china's president and leader and that discussion will take place later this week
00:25what other authorities is the president looking at for tariffs um should the decision in the appeals
00:31court not go his direction well right now his tariffs remain in effect we spoke at length in
00:35our my briefing last week about that decision that came down from the international trade court which
00:41has been put on pause because the president absolutely does have the authority to implement
00:45tariffs and to declare a national emergency for our crippling trade deficit he is uh could always have
00:51the power to use section 202 or section 301 as well to impose tariffs if he deems necessary especially
00:57section 202 tariffs which are sectoral as you know to protect our critical supply chains here at home
