COVID-19 cases are surging in Taiwan, with almost 63,000 medical visits and 132 severe cases reported during the last week of May. Cases are expected to continue rising until late June and early July. The Center for Disease Control advises mask usage, washing hands and resting at home if you have mild symptoms, and seeking immediate medical attention if you have any high risk factors.
