00:12Dominican congressmen are not the only beneficiaries of importing vehicles without paying taxes.
00:18However, unlike other sectors, they are the ones who keep the largest amount of money out of state coffers.

00:31also allow their officials, and even the entities themselves, to import any type of vehicle without paying any taxes.
