Shillong (Meghalaya), June 03, 2025 (ANI): Body of Raja Raghuvanshi, one of the missing Indore’s tourist couple, found in a deep gorge near a waterfall, his brother Vipin Raghuvanshi on June 03 demanded Meghalaya CM Conrad Sangma to handover the case to CBI. He also said that his brother Raja Raghuvanshi’s wife Sonam Raghuvanshi might abducted. “Meghalaya police is not ready to believe such a thing happened here... It does not seem a clue can be found till CBI comes in because we cannot directly accuse anybody. There are no CCTV cameras at the parking yard where the body was found and was closed since 1-2 years... They came to Shillong for the first time. We demand the CM of Meghalaya to handover the case to CBI...NDRF team is working to find Sonam Raghuvanshi... We suspect robbery...The body recovered had a smart watch, a piece of mobile cover; his chain, ring, bracelet and mobile phone are missing... Sonam Raghuvanshi might have been abducted...,” said Vipin Raghuvanshi.
