00:05pros get like a little anxious when maybe they throw you a curveball of someone who maybe isn't

00:10going to be looking for the same things as the dancers are or the professional ballroom dancer

00:14judges are i think um it depends on which score they give me perfect i'm happy about it if not

00:23no no honestly uh usually like you said you know they give a little higher score you know and

00:30they're more supportive they give you grace a little bit yeah um lately we've had a couple

00:34of judges that were not you know as generous uh the guest judges yeah so i don't know i think it

00:40depends on who it is but at the same time um i feel like every guest judge they bring their own

00:47perspective and like maybe they don't bring the specifically dance knowledge but they are still

00:52from the entertainment industry most of them right uh probably all of them yeah so because they

00:59they're still looking they're still looking for something you know they're still looking for

01:03something very specific to them you know that i think you should bring uh as a performer right so

01:09if they're actors maybe they look looking because during dance we're still acting right we have a theme

01:14we have a whole creative and acting is part of the dance so or maybe if it's a musician like

01:21michael buble you know i'm sure that if you're in the pocket and you're moving to the rhythm really

01:26well that matters to him so um yes it may be they don't judge your technique or your bottom technique

01:32but i'm sure they're judging something of value in your performance so i think it's still good to have

01:38somebody and it brings something i don't know some extra pressure some something fresh yeah i like it i

01:44really really think mark should be in the judging panel just because he well him and derek are

01:53two ballroom specialists right derek and mark have competed like against each other too right so

01:59they've been in the ballroom world since babies and they know the ins and outs and the technique i mean

02:05they're very very much specialists in this show like in terms of the ballroom what about the themes are

02:12there themes sometimes they do the same ones every week your disney week or the like the memorable

02:16year are there themes you look forward to choreographing and are there any themes that they

02:21tell you where you're like oh no i don't want to do x or is the themes exciting i personally don't like

02:26the theme you don't like the themes okay why not i don't i like the disney i think disney should be a

02:30staple which it is because it's just like so fun and every like it's just one week that we all look

02:35forward to getting character and halloween is really fun yeah but i feel like me this is just specific to me i'm a

02:42i'm a trained like ballroom dance is all i i did and all i knew now i'm more open to other styles

02:48even with like glub and brooks and everything that was going on it was so funny watching riley and ezra

02:53every week being like making their own tiktoks like feeding into it and then it was like us we were

02:57picking up on it was like this never-ending cycle of content and like all in good fun but like it was

03:02i'm sure there's so much obviously we don't know yeah there's so much craziness that yeah like

03:07like my thing is if you weren't there you don't know i'm sure that's true so that's the main thing

03:14you know like you hear a lot of stuff but if you weren't there you don't know like this is for people

03:20like on social media too yeah so we don't know we don't know the half of it okay i'm sure maybe one
