Dans un sprint final très serré, le Britannique de la Visma | Lease a Bike a dépassé Alexander Kristoff (Uno-X Mobility) dans les ultimes mètres, pour venir s'offrir sa 7e victoire chez les professionnels... à 19 ans. Directement suivie par la 8e, puisqu'il remporte ainsi le classement général de ce Tour of Norway, devant Victor Langellotti (2e, INEOS Grenadiers) et Jan Chrsiten (3e, UAE Team Emirates XRG).
