New Delhi, May 31, 2025 (ANI): CNG cylinder exploded at cylinder storing godown in Delhi’s Sunder Nagri on May 31.Information was received at PS Nand Nagri regarding the blast of a CNG cylinder, resulting in injuries to three children in K-Block. Upon reaching the location, the police team found that the incident had occurred at a godown located at Sunder Nagri, used for storing and repairing old CNG cylinders. During a repair operation, a cylinder exploded, and the impact caused the iron gate of the godown to break. As a result, three siblings aged 4, 7, and 9—who were playing outside—sustained injuries, along with a worker inside the godown, identified as Arshad, age-25 yrs. Crime and FSL teams are inspecting the scene. Legal action has been initiated against the owner of the godown, and further investigation is underway.
