00:00The Homeland Security Secretary, Kristi Noem, went further than you have gone in her criticism of Harvard.
00:07She accuses the university of, quote, fostering violence, anti-Semitism, that tallies with what you're saying,
00:14and coordinating, she says, with the Chinese Communist Party.
00:18I mean, do you agree with that as well?
00:21I haven't looked into that issue with the Chinese Communist Party.
00:24I saw the letter from DHS.
00:28Yes, I can speak to the anti-Semitism on campus because I've been involved in these cases.
00:34I'm involved in a case at UCLA.
00:36It's all across the country.
00:38But I think one could strongly argue Harvard is the worst example because they've had some of the worst violence there.
00:46They've had student groups that are closely associated with Hamas and terrorist groups.
00:51And the university has done nothing to keep outside protesters out.
00:56I mean, it's private property, Tom, at Harvard.
00:59And they're allowing people that aren't even students at the school to come in and lead these protests.
01:06And although the encampment was last spring and there's been a receding in some of this violence in terms of verbal threats and physical threats, it still continues.
01:18And here's the problem, Tom.
01:20All of the structures remain in place for it to happen again.
01:24All of the structures remain in place for it to be improved.
01:28All of the structures remain in place for akUSA.
01:33It's just how리.
01:33Wolves are in place for it to be improved.
01:35So you can see the common law will be improved.
01:37So the sets of feelings is the common law will be improved.
01:38I said there's something which is currently present.
