00:00Right. I mean, 27 percent of students at Harvard are in the category of being international students.
00:07At least that's the latest number I saw. I mean, surely out of that 27 percent, we're talking about a very small percentage of people that would fall into your definition of disruptive or harassing other students.
00:21Yeah, probably a larger percentage would fall into the category of people that the United States could properly exclude for one reason or another legally.
00:32But I agree with you that the vast majority of foreign students and I've taught thousands of foreign students in my 60 years at Harvard contribute enormously to diversity, enormously to the intellectual atmosphere of the school.
00:46I always love to have foreign students in my class. I taught law for years and would always call on foreign students to give a comparative basis to American law.
00:58And that enriched the classes enormously. So I think it goes much too far to put the brake on all foreign students.
