00:00New video of a crash that defies belief, and this has happened before.

00:05We come down here and the car's embedded in the building again.

00:08For the second time in four months, a car launching off this street in Excelsior Springs, Missouri,

00:15crashing through the roof of a veterans hall.

00:18Surveillance video shows the car driving off the cliff, then flipping onto that roof.

00:23Debris flying over the building, the impact so violent, the engine was thrown out of the car.

00:29If that engine comes out, I couldn't imagine how a human wouldn't come out of the car if he wasn't wearing a seatbelt.

00:34Incredibly, the driver was able to walk to an ambulance.

00:38Authorities say the curve of the road makes it hard to see that cliff on the other side.

00:42Back in February, a suspect fleeing police crash-landed onto the same roof,

00:47injuring two teenagers and leading to criminal charges.

00:51Repairs from that crash were still not finished at the time of this new crash.
