00:00So Dennis, how was your first year in charge of Peterborough City Council gone?
00:05Very interesting, very full-on and I wouldn't have changed it for the world.
00:12There's some things that you obviously don't like making decisions over,
00:17there's some things that are absolute joys to do,
00:20but you just take the whole thing, the rough and the smooth together.
00:24And how would you say the city's changed for the better since you guys have took charge?
00:29I like to think there's more vibrancy, I like to think we've got the Friends of the Museum
00:34wanting to donate sculptures when the station quarter starts to take shape,
00:40we're doing work on Lincoln Road, Signet Bridge, none of this started under my watch,
00:45I'm not claiming, but what we have done is taken the agenda forward
00:48and I hope we've taken people with us on that journey
00:52and we're becoming a much more vibrant city as a result
00:57and that is what I'd like to see as our legacy,
00:59a growing, friendly city that has opportunity for people
01:04who want to come and live and work here.
