00:00Okay.
00:01Nadia.
00:03I'm coming up on Gaza again.
00:05You know, the – Caroline just said now, actually, that both the Israelis and – agreed
00:10to it, and they're waiting for –
00:11MS NAUERT- Yes, that's correct.
00:12So this is – when we say this in optimism, it means Israel has agreed – all right,
00:17so we're in a very good position, I think.
00:19Sure.
00:20But as you know, the President said he wants to see an end to this war.
00:24Is this any U.S. guarantee that actually they're going to discuss the end of the war after
00:29the 60-day ceasefire?
00:31Because every time they reach that stop and the war – the ceasefire collapse is because
00:37
00:38MS NAUERT- Well, the ceasefires don't collapse.
00:39Ceasefires are ignored by Hamas, and they're broken by Hamas.
00:43They don't just collapse under their weight.
00:46Every moment, though, even without a ceasefire and without agreements like this, there's
00:51the constant effort to get this heinous situation to end, and not just for the moment, not for
00:58the 60 days or six months.
01:00That is the hallmark of President Trump's vision.
01:03And what the secretaries worked for, what our special envoys have worked for.
01:08Special envoy Woodcoff could be, just like President Trump, enjoying a very comfortable
01:12life somewhere else.
01:13But these are men and women who've made this kind of commitment.
01:16So I would say that, obviously, the end goal is an end.
01:22But ending the murders, the slaughter, the carnage, and getting people what they need is key.
01:29And that, of course – you can't – it's different – and I think Zelensky had noted this as well,
01:34right?
01:35It's – you can't talk about pieces.
01:37You're being shot at and killed.
01:39I mean, it's – one thing has to be able to lead to the other, otherwise it just doesn't
01:44make sense.
01:45All right.
01:46Lou, I've skipped you often.
01:47Are you on this –
01:48Par –
