00:26Paliwanag pa ng MMDA, hindi maaring ipograma sa NCAP system na lahat ng may blinkers at sirena

00:34ay otomatikong exempted na sa panguhuli dahil posibleng ito'y maabuso.

00:42Malino din ang umano ang nauna nitong payag na kung walang emergency dapat sumunod sa traffic rules.
