00:00I love that from Ben Johnson. You hire a head coach and hand him the keys to the organization
00:05so he comes in and tells you how he wants you to do it from the top all the way on down.
00:12And if he, having worked for Dan Campbell and under Dan Campbell, has come to believe
00:18that the body language matters, that palms up is a sign of weakness, to quote him, then
00:24go ahead and tell that to your players and demand it. And tell it to the public too,
00:29as you're talking about it. I love that, man. Follow the head coach's lead. If he tells
00:34you it's a big deal, it is a big deal. It's a big deal to him. I don't want Caleb turned
00:39into a robot though. I want him to be able to feel feelings and occasionally express them.
00:45It's just a matter of when and where, how you do stuff. But I don't want him to, it's a very
00:54fine line because like we were talking about yesterday, the concept of a pitcher showing
01:01up his defense when a guy makes an error. I do think that it's okay occasionally to be
01:07exasperated, but that exasperation mostly has to be with your disappointed in yourself.
01:14Or you're disappointed in how something went. Something turned out. Yeah, absolutely. Have
01:20that feeling. Process it and then move on. As Ben said, you're not focused on last year
01:26or last week or the last play. Like, okay, man, that sucked. And then forge ahead. And
01:31that's what he's trying to teach him. Maybe it won't be perfect. It's not going to be perfect.
01:34That's all right. It's about progress. But maybe there was so much of it. And you would
01:40think that if they had enough to put a reel together for the young man, maybe there was
01:44so much of it that Ben's like, hey, man, this, we can't have this. Yeah. Sounds like
01:49good process to me. They sat together. They talked about, do we want this to be what we
01:52do? No, I don't. Okay. All right. Let's change it. And so they'll try and change it and call
01:57them out if it, uh, if it happens or does not happen.
