00:00Assalam-o-Alaikum dear viewers, welcome to the program. I am your host Khawar Gumman from Lahore.
00:14Mr. Chaudhary Ghulam Hussain is here. Hassan is on leave today.
00:17Dear viewers, today is 28th May 2025.
00:21I remember very well that 27 years ago I was at Punjab University Lahore.
00:28It was the time of spare time. I was walking with my friends to the cafeteria of Lahore's new campus.
00:37When we heard the news, we heard the sound of firing from Lahore.
00:42We were worried about what had happened.
00:44When we came to know about the news, we came to know that Pakistan's defence has been made impossible.
00:51In comparison to India, they had made 5 explosions and Pakistan had made 6 atomic explosions.
00:58Since then onwards, you can see that whenever India has tried to look at Pakistan with a dirty eye.
01:07The incident of 2002 when there was an eyeball to eyeball situation.
01:11Then in 2019, a small mischief was tried.
01:15After that, the recent attack of Baniyan-e-Marsus operation.
01:21All the facts are in front of you.
01:24The enemy did try to test us in conventional arms.
01:30And the way he had to face it is also in front of everyone.
01:34So, viewers, today in the whole of Pakistan, 28th May is celebrated with full enthusiasm.
01:42This time, the importance of 28th May has increased because it is the 10th of May.
01:50And what happened on 10th May?
01:52We challenged the enemy.
01:54Not only challenged, but we targeted every place from where on the night of 6th and 7th May,
02:05some missiles and drones were flown to kill our innocent people.
02:11Viewers, why did Pakistan become an atomic power?
02:15There is a history of it.
02:17First, let me give you a reference of that history.
02:19Today, in our program, Brigadier-in-Chief Haris Nawaz is present.
02:23From him, we will know that Pakistan is a nuclear power, Alhamdulillah.
02:27Now, in the coming times, the world's eyes are on us.
02:32And especially after the attack of Haq, Pakistan's importance has increased in front of the world.
02:37And when your importance increases, challenges also increase.
02:41And at the defense level, even more challenges will increase.
02:44So, what do we have to do?
02:46Let's go to Brigadier-in-Chief.
02:48First of all, viewers, let's take you to history.
02:50When did Pakistan start thinking that Pakistan should have its own atomic power?
02:56Viewers, this is the story of 1953.
02:59At that time, the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Muhammad Ali Bogra,
03:02met American President Eisenhower in the White House.
03:06Pakistan signed an Atom for Peace agreement with the United States.
03:13Foreign Minister Zafarullah Khan issued a policy not to make an atomic bomb.
03:19While the Atomic Energy Commission was brought into force for civilian use.
03:26In 1965, the Pakistani authorities learned that India was moving towards making atomic weapons.
03:34After the sad incident of separatism in Eastern Pakistan,
03:38the Pakistani authorities began to think that it is very important to obtain atomic weapons for the 12th competition.
03:46In 1972, Prime Minister Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto held a conference in Multan.
03:52And which is called the Multan Conference.
03:55In that, he instructed to start an atomic program.
03:58In 1973, Pakistan launched the first civilian nuclear reactor with the help of Canada.
04:04In 1973, the program to obtain the primary weapons of Pakistan began.
04:10In 1974, when India made an atomic bomb,
04:13then Prime Minister Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto declared the preparation of atomic weapons as essential.
04:19His famous sentence is still heard today that we will eat grass, but we will definitely make an atom bomb.
04:25This sentence became a symbol of Pakistan's determination.
04:29Prime Minister Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto changed the head of the Juhri Support Commission.
04:35He dismissed the great scientist Dr. Abdul Salam and called Dr. Abdul Qadir Khan from Holland to Pakistan.
04:44In 1974, Canada terminated its atomic cooperation with Pakistan due to the Juhri-Adham dispute.
04:50Pakistan's famous Dr. Abdul Qadir Khan founded the Cohorta Research Laboratories in 1975,
04:57where uranium exploration began.
05:00Hundreds of scientists, engineers and experts took part in this secret program,
05:05who continued this journey of development despite the strict regulations and restrictions of the world.
05:10Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto was speeding up the Juhri program,
05:14which was openly threatened by US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger,
05:20but the work on the atomic program continued.
05:23In 1979-89, the US arrested Pakistan's military and economic aid by saying that Pakistan's atomic program was not safe.
05:32After the martyrdom of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, General Zia-ul-Haq also continued Pakistan's atomic program.
05:37In 1980, Pakistan announced that it had joined the country to develop an atomic bomb.
05:46According to Dr. Abdul Qadir Khan, Pakistan's Juhri scientists had acquired the ability to develop a Juhri bomb in 1984.
05:55He told General Zia-ul-Haq that he could openly announce the preparation of the Juhri bomb by Pakistan.
06:01In 1996, India launched the Pirtavi missile, which was used to carry the atomic warhead.
06:06Pakistan responded to this with the successful experiment of the Juhri missile in April 1998.
06:13On 11th and 13th of May 1998, India launched five atomic bombs in Pakistan.
06:21The rest of the world was on Pakistan's side.
06:29International powers were threatening Pakistan with greed and sanctions.
06:34On the other hand, there were people who were not able to control their emotions.
06:43Finally, on 27th May 1998, Pakistan scientists launched six atomic bombs in response to India's five bombs.
06:56Thank you very much for your time, Mr. Birgir Haji.
07:00Challenges have increased after Mar-a-Haq.
07:05I have heard that Rafale has failed in India.
07:12They have started to build a new aircraft.
07:15They are planning to build drones.
07:18They are planning to invest billions of rupees.
07:21Mr. Birgir.
07:22First of all, I would like to say that we have taken a lot of credit for our political leadership, military leadership, scientists and technicians.
07:39We have come up with a way to ensure the security of Pakistan.
07:47We have made Pakistan a nuclear power.
07:49Today, whoever looks at Pakistan from a distance,
07:53they think ten times that Pakistan is a nuclear country.
07:57Our military technology is the most modern in the world.
08:01We have all the means.
08:04We have air, ground and sea.
08:08Alhamdulillah.
08:09Alhamdulillah.
08:10Secondly, on 28th May, India will always have a scary dream.
08:23What will happen in this month?
08:27India will always remember this day.
08:30Secondly, on 10th May, Pakistan has done a very good thing.
08:34We have sent a message to the world that Pakistan is a very mature, responsible, Islamic nuclear country.
08:43And we have a professional and battle-hardened man.
08:46And we don't believe in provocation.
08:49We really want to behave.
08:52And this is what we did.
08:54India crossed the line of control.
08:56We did not respond.
08:58India crossed the line of control.
09:00We martyred mosques and women and children.
09:03We kept quiet.
09:04We did not control the drones.
09:07But when they started going for the most missiles,
09:11then DGSP said, wait for a response.
09:14And then we told them a lesson.
09:17And that too in just 8 to 10 hours,
09:20what we have done is in front of the whole world.
09:23And now Pakistan's stature as a nuclear country and as a military strength,
09:30is very good.
09:32And India is doing very well.
09:35Secondly, what is the reason for this?
09:37See, in today's day and age, the whole nation should do one thing.
09:40That we should remain united.
09:43We fought as a nation.
09:48We fought as a nation in 1965.
09:50This is what we showed India.
09:53This is what we showed you.
09:55The whole nation was together under the umbrella of the army, navy and air force.
10:02And then we saw how they handled it with the firing command.
10:07And today, where is India?
10:10The world is looking at Pakistan.
10:13And they have opened their mouths.
10:16Even America has praised Pakistan's military strength many times.
10:21That means we will never lose this opportunity.
10:25Indian Prime Minister has gone mad.
10:28He has gone mad.
10:30He has gone mad.
10:32He has slapped his face.
10:34He doesn't understand.
10:36What does his people know?
10:38He took the wall of freedom.
10:40He did this to Pakistan.
10:42We captured Lahore airport.
10:44He did this.
10:46He dropped an F-16.
10:48He dropped two J-13s.
10:50Where did they go?
10:52Now, honestly, Pakistan's media is on sky high.
11:05And our Israelis killed their own people.
11:08And the same Indian media killed their own people.
11:13So, we have to maintain our moral ground.
11:19We have to maintain it.
11:21Absolutely right.
11:23Mr. Chaudhary Ghulam Sain wants to ask you a question.
11:25The truth is that on 1st December 1984,
11:30at night, middle of the night,
11:32I had a meeting with President Zia-ul-Haq.
11:35And for some reason, he was in a very good mood.
11:39I asked him, what has become of the nuclear program?
11:42He replied,
11:44Mr. Chaudhary, whatever Pakistan wanted to achieve,
11:48Alhamdulillah, we have done it.
11:50Dr. Abdulkadir said later that
11:53we informed him on 10th December
11:55that we can do any kind of explosion.
12:00Since then, Pakistan is a nuclear power.
12:03And later, President Zia went to India
12:06in the name of cricket diplomacy.
12:08And he had a historic meeting with Rajiv Gandhi.
12:12He said, you are a nuclear power, and so are we.
12:15And if you have deployed an army,
12:19you must attack.
12:21But after that, there will be no India.
12:24And possibly, there will be no Pakistan either.
12:26But there will be no sign of it.
12:28So, Brahm Das, the minister-in-waiting,
12:32later wrote that
12:34Rajiv Gandhi's complexion became so yellow
12:39that there was not a single drop of blood in it.
12:42And he was shivering.
12:44So, the fact is that Pakistan, for a very long time,
12:47has become a nuclear state.
12:49And Alhamdulillah,
12:51this is a matter of great pride for us.
12:54No one can attack Pakistan and go back.
12:58And then we have focused on missile technology and other delivery systems.
13:04Inshallah, Pakistan...
13:06Now, since Mr. Haris is an expert in military,
13:09and he has a lot of clarity,
13:12at what stage is India now?
13:14What do they want to do with Pakistan and China?
13:17Look, Mr. Chaudhary, let me tell you one thing.
13:19Pakistan's missile technology is much better than India's.
13:24Our delivery means are much better than India's.
13:27The biggest quality we have is that
13:30we have nuclear tactical missiles.
13:33That means, for instance,
13:35if the enemy's armor is concentrated at one place,
13:39if we use a nuclear tactical missile only in that localized area,
13:45it can play hell with that place.
13:47If it's not in that place,
13:49it can't sleep at night and shoot bullets.
13:53Every inch of India is within our missile range.
13:57We have all three means available.
13:59We have air, ground, and sea.
14:03We have all three capabilities.
14:05But we have minimum nuclear deterrence.
14:08We are a very responsible state.
14:11We showed you how much we provoked in India.
14:14We fought and shot.
14:16We told the world that India is a very irresponsible country.
14:22How many times have they been caught stealing?
14:26How many times have their centrifuges been seized?
14:29This is in front of you.
14:30So far, there has never been a command and control problem in Pakistan.
14:35There has never been any leakage.
14:37The International Terminology Commission confirms
14:40that Pakistan's command and control system is absolutely moderate
14:45and without any doubt.
14:47So, in this contest, I want to say that
14:50whatever has been done for the security of Pakistan,
14:55and the things that are safe in the hands of our armed forces,
14:59it is so foolproof,
15:01even senior officers,
15:03we have seen a lot of senior officers,
15:05they do not know where and what it is,
15:08except for the people who should handle it,
15:10for the security of the country.
15:12And that is one of the best things.
15:14In front of you, we have just fired Fatah-1 and Fatah-2,
15:19which can fire up to 140 to 700 km.
15:23Fatah-1, Fatah-2, Fatah-3, Fatah-4.
15:27We have more of those missiles,
15:31which come on the stage and collect 6-7 targets simultaneously.
15:37India knows it.
15:39Absolutely right.
15:41He is provoking us.
15:44I think now India has understood this.
15:48Because maybe it was a misunderstanding
15:51that in the conventional arm, it should do 50-50.
15:54But it also paid for it.
15:56Thank you very much for your time.
15:58We will go to the break.
16:00After the break, we will talk about Pakistan-India,
16:02which is now fighting on the Indian front.
16:04Where is India standing?
16:06Where is Pakistan standing?
16:07We will talk to Dr. Maria Sultana Sahiba.
16:09We will take her comment. Stay with us.
16:14Welcome back.
16:15Viewers, the attack on India on the battlefield is obvious.
16:21Comments are being made on it.
16:24Even today, you see all the big newspapers of the world,
16:28every day there is some or the other commentary.
16:31Someone is commenting on it from some angle.
16:33They are looking for an excuse.
16:35They are making an excuse that they are not preparing to attack Pakistan again.
16:39These are all the questions that are being discussed.
16:42But just like we succeeded in the military field,
16:46in this Indian field too,
16:48you see that Pakistan's military and civilian leadership
16:52are touring the world together.
16:55And they are also presenting our case against India in front of the world.
17:00For the past three to four days,
17:02you have seen that Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif
17:04and Army Chief Field Marshal Asim Munir
17:08also went on three country tours with them.
17:13First of all, they were in Turkey.
17:16After that, they went to Iran.
17:18And now when we are talking to you,
17:20they are in Azerbaijan.
17:22There is a conference of six parties,
17:25in which the heads of all three countries are present.
17:29And we also heard their address.
17:32Now, this whole matter,
17:34on which we are trying to tell the world,
17:40that Pakistan, from 22nd April onwards,
17:43since the incident of the revolution,
17:45we have proven to be a responsible state.
17:49And we are keeping the evidence of this in front of the world.
17:52And especially Azerbaijan, Turkey and Iran.
17:55That is why we are thanking them.
17:57And personally, I would like to thank them.
18:00Our leadership has gone there.
18:02These three countries,
18:04when we had this clash with India,
18:08they supported Pakistan.
18:11In its reaction,
18:13the Indian government,
18:15against these three countries,
18:17which we are seeing,
18:19is taking some steps in the field of economy.
18:21But what difference will it make?
18:23We will also talk about this.
18:24Dr. Maria Sultan is with us.
18:26She is a defence expert.
18:28She also talks about international affairs.
18:30We know from her,
18:31that in the coming days,
18:33the civil war between Pakistan and India,
18:36what shape will it take?
18:39Thank you very much, Dr.
18:40Chaudhary Ghulamzadeh from Lahore is with me.
18:42Dr. tell us,
18:44we are seeing an aggressive posturing
18:47in the diplomatic arena.
18:49We are seeing it from the Indian government.
18:51They have spread six or seven delegations
18:53all over the world.
18:55They have also taken people from the opposition.
18:57Shashi Tharoor,
18:58especially in North America,
19:00is presenting an Indian case.
19:03In the first phase of Pakistan,
19:06our leadership is present in these three countries.
19:09And in the coming days,
19:10the foreign minister,
19:11Blaval Bhutto Dardari,
19:12will lead a delegation.
19:14So Dr. tell us,
19:16in the coming days,
19:18our diplomatic arena has opened up with India.
19:22India is a big country,
19:24it has a big weight in the world affairs.
19:29It is also trying to participate in the P5 Security Council.
19:35So after this incident,
19:37how will the Indian case be heard against us?
19:41And our point is,
19:43we are putting our issue in front of the world.
19:46So if you can compare the two.
19:48Look, at this time,
19:50the problem of India is that
19:52India tried to initiate a war on Pakistan.
19:57That is,
19:58they were campaigning against terrorism.
20:00And after 2001,
20:02they tried to use the concept of war against terrorism
20:07as an acceptance.
20:12And at the same time,
20:13they have given the impression in India and abroad
20:17that they are not fighting Pakistan.
20:19In fact, they are only campaigning against terrorism.
20:22And they are defending the interests of India.
20:26This is why,
20:27when you look at Mike J.D. Vance's statement,
20:32you can see this concept in front of you.
20:34And at the same time,
20:36they have given the impression to all their investors and the public
20:42that they are doing a great counter-terrorism operation against Pakistan.
20:47And there will be no danger in this war.
20:49But the response that came from Pakistan,
20:52and after that,
20:53the way you can say,
20:56the way they made this operation against terrorism,
21:01it was a complete failure on the military table.
21:08In which they not only embarrassed themselves,
21:10but also embarrassed their military allies.
21:15In which Israel, France, Russia,
21:19and even more than that,
21:20their defense industry in India also failed.
21:25Now, looking at this situation,
21:28they thought that maybe what they are saying,
21:30in which their media supported them a lot,
21:32they lied.
21:34And the fun of it was not that they were so clever
21:38that they did not know what they were doing.
21:40In fact, their attempt was that the international event history,
21:43i.e. the statements that are made on international affairs,
21:46in written and electronic media,
21:48their version should also be accepted.
21:52But because you got an undefeated, unchallenged victory,
21:58they could not take advantage of it.
22:01What does this mean?
22:02This means that on the real plane,
22:04everyone knows that India had to face a defeat.
22:12On the other hand, they saw one more thing.
22:14What was that?
22:15That the international people who they thought were with them,
22:19they also said that they were not with them.
22:21Their military partners also asked for an answer.
22:24Now France is asking for access to Rafale,
22:27to tell what was achieved and what was not.
22:29So now in such a situation,
22:31it is obvious that many problems have arisen for them.
22:34And these problems are not small problems for India.
22:40To fill this gap,
22:42they sent Mr. Shankar,
22:44fighting for their foreign policy.
22:47The statement they made in America,
22:49there can be no more embarrassing statement than that.
22:51Where they say, where were the Americans?
22:53They say, the Americans must be in America.
22:55This means that on one hand,
22:57you are asking for help from the American president,
23:00and on the other hand,
23:01you give such an irresponsible statement,
23:03so what will happen?
23:04These are all things,
23:05that challenge they are facing right now,
23:08their diplomatic isolation,
23:10their military failure,
23:12and they have not been able to explain internally,
23:14politically,
23:15and the damage to their economy,
23:17its impact has not yet been reached.
23:19This is the reason,
23:20that they are sending all these delegations
23:22to different parts of the world.
23:24And its fundamental reason is that,
23:25wherever they get space,
23:26in that space,
23:27they go and get the acceptance of India's narrative,
23:31so that later they can create the notion of victory.
23:34Absolutely right,
23:35Mr. Chaudhary Gulamshahan will ask you a question.
23:37Before I leave,
23:38my question to you is that,
23:40a delegation headed by Bilawal Bhutto Zardari,
23:44what steps should they take,
23:47what should they explain to the world?
23:50Mr. Chaudhary Gulamshahan,
23:51you can comment as well as ask questions.
23:55I will ask a question to Mr. Ammaria,
23:58that India,
23:59which is sending such a large-scale Indian mission,
24:03is it trying to fool those countries,
24:06that we have not been defeated,
24:08we have been victorious,
24:10and which terrorists have they targeted in Pakistan,
24:14and achieved success?
24:16And number three,
24:17is India again trying to execute aggressive plans against Pakistan,
24:23is it trying to attack internationally?
24:28Look, the first thing is that,
24:30you are correct,
24:31all those countries,
24:32which are not directly related to South Asia,
24:35but of course,
24:36they have an impact on South Asian security.
24:38Whenever anyone visits any country,
24:40of course,
24:41the newspapers there also cover that visit,
24:43whether in a good way or a bad way.
24:45That is,
24:46when these news will come back from different parts of the world,
24:49that the Indian stance is being presented there,
24:52then of course,
24:53their stance will be represented in some places.
24:55And of course,
24:56when you meet someone there,
24:58on any border,
24:59then you leave some impact.
25:01And this is a big scheme,
25:03they are also visiting all these countries,
25:06so that this impact can be given later.
25:08Because what is the biggest loss that India has suffered?
25:11The biggest loss is that,
25:13India had given the impression that it is for the developing world,
25:16it is standing with all those countries,
25:18which are not with the developed world.
25:20But who were its military supporters,
25:23or its military partners?
25:25Was it Israel?
25:26Was it France?
25:27And which countries are these,
25:29which are being badly attacked by France in Africa at the moment?
25:32Israel's Hikmat-e-Amli,
25:34its military Hikmat-e-Amli is in front of the whole world,
25:37they are not getting any benefit from it.
25:39And even though both of them are with them,
25:41they are in trouble in a bad way.
25:43Secondly,
25:44Russia is disgusted with India,
25:46because India,
25:47leaving Russia's weapons,
25:49wants to buy American weapons again and again.
25:51With America,
25:52they said,
25:53you help us,
25:54and then when America helped,
25:56they retreated from it.
25:58Now,
25:59when you have sidelined three important countries,
26:01out of the five countries,
26:03three important countries,
26:05which are America,
26:06France,
26:07and UK,
26:09you have sidelined these three countries,
26:12and along with that,
26:13the Middle East partners,
26:15you have also separated them,
26:17like Saudi Arabia,
26:18UAE,
26:19which are also America's partners,
26:20and in this war too,
26:21they tried to,
26:22in a way,
26:24keep an angle,
26:25so that the war does not go ahead.
26:28So,
26:29in this situation,
26:30they have isolated all their strategic military allies.
26:35Now,
26:36to offset this,
26:37against China,
26:38against all the other countries,
26:39they are doing a big diplomatic mission.
26:41And,
26:42obviously,
26:43they are also generating support.
26:44Secondly,
26:45can they do this in the future?
26:46Look,
26:47they will definitely do it.
26:48Now,
26:49the only difference is,
26:50will they do it in the next six months,
26:52or will they do it in two years?
26:54Their current cycle,
26:57of aggression,
26:58is approximately annual.
27:00And,
27:01after every two years,
27:02approximately 10% of the new American,
27:04Israeli,
27:05and American allies,
27:07buy their war weapons.
27:09Now,
27:10the problem is,
27:11India can buy these weapons,
27:14but,
27:15just buying weapons does not solve the problem.
27:17You also need integration,
27:18training,
27:19planning,
27:20and employment.
27:21How will you use these weapons?
27:22Where will you do it?
27:23How will you do it?
27:24And,
27:25secondly,
27:26have you thought about the entire war cycle or not?
27:31And,
27:32have you thought about the reaction of your enemy,
27:33that is,
27:34Pakistan,
27:35or not?
27:36And,
27:37apart from this,
27:38the biggest thing,
27:39the impact it has had,
27:40which India was not ready for,
27:41is that,
27:42you said you will escalate to de-escalate.
27:44So,
27:45their stock exchange crash,
27:47their,
27:48in a way,
27:50their linkages with the industry,
27:52were affected.
27:53They did not expect this,
27:54because they wanted to give the impression that it was a small war.
27:57Your reaction,
27:58and how fast it came,
27:59and how wide it came,
28:01it broke the myth of Indian defence.
28:04It broke the myth of Indian resilience,
28:06of Indian economy.
28:08Because,
28:09neither the Indian stock exchange could tolerate it,
28:11nor the Indian Navy could tolerate it,
28:14nor the Indian aviation industry could tolerate it.
28:17So,
28:18these are all things that are realities.
28:20It is a matter of saying 89 billion dollars.
28:22The defence weapons they have,
28:24of 1.2 billion dollars,
28:26are only S-400s.
28:28The damage that was done to DRAMOS,
28:30this is not just a loss of India's weapon systems,
28:32this is a loss of all that defence industry,
28:35which is currently selling these weapons all over the world.
28:37So,
28:38Doctor,
28:39in your opinion,
28:40it is absolutely correct that,
28:41again,
28:42obviously,
28:43someone will build up,
28:44someone will look for an excuse later,
28:45but this military-industrial complex,
28:46now,
28:47obviously,
28:48it has to re-establish,
28:49it has to tell the world market that,
28:50for you,
28:51we are capable.
28:53Okay, Doctor,
28:54the successes that we are getting,
28:56on this Indian side,
28:57a couple of days back,
28:59you may remember,
29:00I think,
29:013-4 days back,
29:02ISAG-DART's visit to China,
29:04there,
29:05they meet,
29:06with the officials of Afghanistan,
29:08there is a trilateral agreement.
29:10Now,
29:11a latest statement has come to us,
29:13the senior Afghan leader,
29:14Syedullah Syed,
29:15he has said,
29:16the news is going on,
29:17that we,
29:18absolutely,
29:19in Pakistan,
29:20whoever will attack,
29:22he will be considered an outsider,
29:25and he has said this is unlawful.
29:28This is Commander Syedullah Syed,
29:30there,
29:31there was a passing out of his police,
29:33there,
29:34during this address,
29:35he has said this,
29:36he will tell you.
