00:20But Taiwan's National Security Bureau says China is manipulating inaccurate information.
00:25It says China is trying to create confusion and cover up its own cyber attacks on Taiwan.
00:31Officials in Taipei say Beijing has repeatedly targeted Taiwan's government systems as well as key infrastructure like energy and defense networks.
