00:02And give me the language of two boards.

00:04No, of course. If you have a special spinner, a match winner, you would go to that, especially even in key terms of winning.

00:10Because it's not just about creating that impact in two boards, you have 24 boards as a boarder.

00:17And that's something that I'm sure if you have a genuine match winner, you'll be able to create that impact.

00:22So, that's one. But I think looking at this idea itself, I've been very impressed with Rukhra.

00:28He's someone who, I think, has the ability to not just board four overs, but also has the quality impact.

00:36And he's done that in this idea as a camera.

00:40And as the other aspect that you've seen in this pillar is, is he also okay to board in different cases.

00:47And he's someone who boards in pathway.

00:50Because you need to, in this format now, the modern T20 back is the way they're back.

00:56You need that option for a skipper as a spinner to be able to board in person.

01:00So, that's something that you're also looking for in a spinner.

01:04Speaking of boarding, in all phases of having, in fact, their full Australian great boarders,

01:10with their staff, with their companies, with their fields of work.

01:12In this season of the IPL have had that incredible impact for their teams.

01:17And will continue to have chosen some forestry level for half a hundred years.

01:21I mean, that process of transition, is there a talk behind it?

01:25Are there conversations happening in terms of working at the back?

01:28Well, I guess there is.

01:30Yeah, to a certain age, it's inevitable that there's going to be change in the team.

01:33But they're pretty well looked after those guys.

01:36You know, Pat Cummins, they're very well managed.

01:38They don't overplay, they don't play shield cricket.

01:41I mean, back in our era, overpaid us and stuff.

01:44Every time we had a chance, we'd play shield cricket.

01:46And then if we didn't play shield cricket, we'd play great cricket.

01:49So, these days, they're well managed.

01:52I mean, they play a certain amount of games each year.

01:54We're well looked after.

01:56A lot of support staff.

01:57So, their careers are going to be longer.

01:59So, I think someone like Pat Cummins can play for four or five years.

02:02Hayeswood, probably the same start, but they'll play for a couple of years.

02:06Yeah, they've been an amazing attack.

02:09And put together Nathan Lyons, probably one of their greatest ever bowling attacks.

02:13But it's not for brevet.

02:14So, we're going to start planning for the next phase of bowlers.

02:17And I'm not sure who they are, but it's hard to replace those guys.

02:21They're legends.

02:22It's good luck.

02:23They're trying to replace Ashwin.

02:25And Jankoli and Shaman.

02:27They're legends of the game.

02:29It's not easy to replace those sort of players.

02:31But there's enough depth in Australia to recover for that.

02:34With our T20 side, I think we've got to be consistent and pick a team that plays together for a while.

02:39While our T20 team, every time we see the team on TV, it's a different side.

02:44So, they're not used to playing with each other.

02:46They've got to get a settled combination if they're going to be the best side in the world.

02:49So, I think that's a weakness in the Australian team right now is that the guys don't play a lot together as a T20 unit.

02:54And it's pretty hard to come together for a World Cup and to do the business and to be consistent and together.

03:02So, I think our team needs to pick a solid combination, stick with that and play more regularly together to be successful.

03:09Yes, a few more questions before we wrap up.

03:13Just based on what Steve just said, you had three that stepped away after the T20 World Cup, three very iconic years in T20s.

03:21And you had a T20 side that was completely different to the one that had won the T20 World Cup and still continued to dominate.

03:28So, that period of transition for you to quickly, it doesn't mean you can set up Robin.

03:33And when you just look at the areas that still need a little bit of work on one of those areas.

03:38Certainly, I think there's one more pillar there in Jaspi's Boomer.

03:44If that pillar goes, then there's a big void to fill.

03:47I think as far as T20 is concerned, I think bowling becomes very, very critical.

03:53And I'm someone who believes that you win, batters win you matches, but bowling and bowlers win you championships.

03:59And so, you want to have a very solid bowling line-up.

04:03We've seen a couple of fast bowlers coming up through the ranks in this round of IPL.

04:07The likes of Makassar Krishna, who's really impressed.

04:11Arsteep Singh has continued to interest him.

04:13Arsteep is someone who's peer ahead the entire year.

04:16I think Bumrah looks out for himself.

04:18And I think he can go for another four or five years.

04:21But I'm surprised how, with that kind of an action, he's only managed to have one injury so far.
