00:26And among all the lessons I've learned, three habits rise above the rest.
00:32Not because they are extraordinary, but because they shape the ordinary into something meaningful.
00:38The first habit is presence.

01:50It's waking up and realizing that breath is a gift, that the body beneath you, even if it aches, is still carrying you forward.
