00:00if possible lying on back with arms and legs straight out at your sides
00:10so that your arms are not touching your torso and your legs are not touching each other
00:18you do not have to lie this way if that's not comfortable for you trust what your body wants
00:27and needs and when you're ready slowly close those beautiful eyes of yours
00:39begin to tune in to your breath
00:48letting it flow as freely as it can possibly flow
00:57you release
01:09and relax
01:12any muscles that you do not need to use
01:15you invite your body to become so heavy
01:26so relaxed
01:42imagining a wave of calming blue light
01:45glowing down over you from the top of your head to the soles of your feet
01:57moving at your own pace
02:02releasing and relaxing all muscles as the light flows over them
02:07trusting what's right for you
02:27until all that remains is deep relaxation
02:31and peace
02:42As if you yourself are the very definition of stillness.
03:12You begin to feel as though your body is becoming even heavier.
03:41And yet somehow, you may simultaneously begin to feel like floating a little perhaps.
04:06Invite yourself to experience that lightness, that ease, that feeling of there's nothing
04:15in the whole world that you need to possibly do right now.
04:22Nothing you need to be.
04:24It is safe and it is right for you to merely allow.
04:31Trusting that your outward experience is merely a reflection of all that is within.
04:43And so if you let this peaceful stillness be all there is within you right now, it is indeed
05:02all that exists around you.
05:09If at any point throughout this practice you find your mind wandering, let yourself know
05:31if it's okay.
05:32And then just return your awareness to this stillness.
05:38And as you invite yourself to relax this way, you begin to envision a corridor in front
05:58of you.
05:59Trust how your imagination presents it.
06:05I am seeing a corridor of white light.
06:06I am seeing a corridor of white light.
06:12No matter how it is presented to you, invite yourself to take one step down this corridor.
06:23Feel yourself becoming even more relaxed.
06:30Now invite yourself to take a second step.
06:34Each step giving you even more relaxation than the first.
06:43Take a third step.
06:49And now, becoming four times as relaxed.
06:55Take the fourth.
07:00You may begin to feel yourself slowly, becoming less and less consciously aware.
07:08That's okay, let the subconscious come out to play as you gift yourself relaxation.
07:18Then you take the fifth step.
07:29And now the sixth.
07:41You will, with your own permission and your own inner guidance, reach the state that is
07:48for your highest, most loving good at this time.
07:55And so you take your seventh step.
08:07You feel so deeply relaxed, almost as if you can barely even make the eighth step.
08:18And yet somehow you do.
08:25As if now there is no effort on your part.
08:30Scenes are free to play out before you.
08:34Your thoughts and ideas that are inspired are allowed to begin to come to you.
08:41You take that ninth step and feel so at peace.
08:51Finally, you feel ready to enter into your own perfect dream state for manifesting the life
09:02of your dreams.
09:08You enter into a state of pure light now.
09:31You may trust and allow.
09:46You begin to feel the energy of the highest, most loving, most desired timeline entering
09:53into your experience.
10:03You feel it as energy in your body.
10:10As if you are there, now.
10:22You may begin to receive inklings of where you are.
10:29Truly trust the feelings within you.
10:34And get curious about any insights you begin to receive.
10:42But either way, simply allow the feelings of being there in your highest, most loving timeline.

10:58Free to create.
11:02Free to experience all that you desire to experience.
11:30The universe around you, rearranging for your highest, most loving good.
11:59It feels at once both natural and beautiful.

12:48The following messages play throughout your experience, allowing you to enter into a state of lining up with these statements as truth for your highest most loving good and for the highest loving good of all.
13:09What greater experience in this whole world could there possibly be for you personally than your own personal fulfillment and self-actualization?

13:36Tune in to how this is a decision you are making.
13:43You are pulling in the timeline in which you are your highest most loving iteration of you.
13:56Divine, devoid of fear, lacking in mistrust.
14:08Fully present with compassion, inner knowing, wisdom and radiant joy.
14:18All that you choose to be, you are.
14:27It is natural.
14:32And it is right.
14:34It was a secret for a long time that feelings of fear, separation and unworthiness are all made up.
14:58They are not real unless we validate them and choose them as our experience.
15:06And that's what we did for a very long time.
15:13And now we're choosing again.
15:15We're waking up.
15:17We're remembering who we are.
15:19We're remembering ourselves as love now.
15:25All is well.

15:49Gift yourself the experience of basking in this feeling.
