06:58That didn't allow the 24 to run the speed.

07:04Yeah, you have to imagine this as this track changes throughout the race.

10:06And that's really because he was battling the six.

10:47They don't need to be single file.

10:48They can run side by side if there's Rome.

10:50But the 24 up through the gears will blend in front of the 11.

10:59I believe these guys are doing it.

11:00Look at the acceleration out of the 24.

11:03Denny also lost a position right here to Ross Chastain.

11:06You have to imagine maybe Denny Hamlin's on a fuel saving situation.

11:09Right here losing tons of speed right there getting tight behind the one car.

11:13But I don't even know if they're, they know how much they need to save to be able to get this car to the end.

11:20They're going to flip it, you know, flip it to the one switch and try to go until it runs out of gas.

11:24But he's got the fence just a little bit.

11:29See what, and look, Denny Hamlin has been flawless all night long.

11:34But we get down to the late end part of this race.

11:37He gets thrown the challenge.

11:38And now look what's happening on the racetrack.

11:40Reddick, whoa!

11:42Holy moly!

11:43Reddick destroys the right front of this car.

11:47And look where it happened.

11:49Oh, my God!

11:50Oh, my goodness!

11:51I'm glad we got a moly!

11:52Right in front of the race leader.

11:54That's incredible!

11:55Now that he's gotten this close,

11:57he seems to have lost his advantage.

11:59The 11, Hamlin on pit road.

12:01Obviously running out of gas.

12:02He was out of fuel.

12:04Had to come down pit road for Denny Hamlin.

12:06What a heartbreaking end to what was a terrific Coca-Cola 600.

12:11We talked so much about it, miscues in this race.

12:14And it gets Denny Hamlin coming back to it.

12:19It'll have to be something drastic, I believe, to give this one car.

12:21I think Chastain's used everything up.

12:23But look, the 24 trying to go low.

12:26Lot of speed right there.

12:28Chastain can't quite capitalize, though, but he's right there.

12:33Wow, he's got a shot.

12:35Denny Hamlin is there, and here comes Chastain.
