00:00So it has been a great human effort and in terms of logistics and patriotism, and in terms of patriotism, which is not submitted to all this, to all today,
00:28but it is an effort that has been in weeks of work planning, articulation.
00:38Every day we are more coordinated, we have just raised the levels of coordination,
00:46and that experience is from the great quantity of elections that we have carried out during the 25 years.
00:5732 elections we have organized to elect the governors, legislators, and presidents.
01:09And these 32 elections provide us with a great experience, institutional experience that allow us to advance in a more perfect and united way.
01:25And it's been a great task, and so we must commend all the support of the National Electoral Council, which is the authority of this process.
01:41And we want to thank the whole institutional empathy, and we want to appreciate the prosecutor's office for the deployment of their officials,
01:57and the organs of citizens' security, firefighters, police.
02:05It has been a great labor, a great task, and a great result for the homeland.
02:10We can say today that Venezuela is victorious, victorious with their democracy, victorious and aware of its destiny and advance towards the future,
02:28the future that we are building up together in rejection against the sanctions.
02:38The Venezuelan people today, I am sure that have come to vote for the peace of the Republic.
02:50Let me just remember the five consensus that our commander, President Nicolás Maduro has mentioned.
02:55A consensus is a great national agreement, and part of those consensus is to preserve, safeguard peace,
03:06for the peace, to struggle for the peace of the country, to reject resounding sanctions against the country,
03:15to recover the Ezequivo, a great national consensus that today, of course,
03:21receiving hearing the mandate of the Venezuelan people.
03:34The Guayana Ezequiva has participated today massively in the election of its governor,
03:40its eight deputies to the National Assembly, and its seven lawmakers.
03:46It is an unprecedented fact.
03:49So, this electoral process has its historic connotations, its symbolic connotations that we are, as Venezuela, most applaud.
04:01First of all, because it ratifies the democratic vocation of the Venezuelan people,
04:08it ratifies its historical position over Ezequivo.
04:17It's a great consensus, it's a great national consensus, and we are just ratifying it today, reaffirming it today.
04:25These Venezuelan people, undoubtedly, dear partners, have taught a lesson to the world,
04:35have taught a lesson that despite the permanent imperialist aggression toward Venezuela,
04:42and despite fascism and the intent of imposition of fascism in Venezuela,
04:49Venezuela has spoken once again, once again, and its people resoundingly have said,
04:57here is present the popular sovereignty, making worth its voice, its national consensus,
05:07and so today it's the reason for a great party because we are celebrating the victory of the nation.
05:17So, the people of Venezuela, my congratulations on behalf of the Bolivarian forces,
05:24the Republic operation, on behalf of our Commander-in-Chief, President Nicolás Maduro Moro.
05:30Congratulations, civic behavior, which is an example of the first world,
05:39the vocation expressed on the streets today,
05:45a tremendous shine in the faces of youngsters, women, elderly, the people of Venezuela in general,
05:56a tremendous passion for inserting and participating because democracy is that among other things is participating.
06:09And if in any country we are just giving an example of participation and protagonism is here in Venezuela,
06:19in which we are building a direct, genuine revolutionary democracy, which we must deepen.
06:28And President, our Commander-in-Chief have been just working together with the communes,
06:34with the communal circles to give more power to the people.
06:38How many times we have listened to our Commander-in-Chief, Commander-in-Chief spoke about this,
06:46and President Nicolás Maduro has just been advancing in this task,
06:54and I am sure we will continue advancing.
06:57So it has been a democratic lesson.
07:00Look, more than 50 organizations, national organizations, indigenous organizations have participated here,
07:14and over thousands of candidates to be elected.
07:20It has been a great effort, a great coordination work,
07:26and a great demonstration to the whole world of how it's been developed in Venezuela,
07:33an electoral process like the one that we are living in.
07:39Likewise, we could see on the polling stations, on the streets,
07:44the international observers of everywhere going there witnessing the great level of technology,
07:59the cutting-edge technology of the elections.
08:02I heard President Nicolás Maduro that many countries remained in the 19th century,
08:12but here in Venezuela we could advance,
08:15and today we could exhibit the whole world the great quality, the great transparency,
08:25the great efficacy of the Venezuelan electoral system that serves us to strengthen our democracy.
08:35The Republic operation has accomplished with its agenda of activities,
08:42accompanying the National Electoral Council.
08:45I could congratulate the Bolivarian forces, General-in-Chief Domingo, commander of this operation,
08:58and congratulate you and express to the Bolivarian forces the congratulations of President Nicolás Maduro Moros,
09:11because undoubtedly we have stopped the advances and attempts of sabotage,
09:23of filling the country with terrorism, with bloodshed, with fascism.
09:30So we stopped them on due time, and so that's why we can boast about the great capacity of the Venezuelan state to stop menaces.
09:45Venezuela is a country that is in peace, but it is not exempt of threats.
09:52Venezuela is permanently being threatened by extremist factors that want violence and raising land for the people of Venezuela, death, isolation.
10:04So we have stand firmly as a people to tell the whole world enough of aggressions against Venezuela,
10:14enough of manipulations, lies, communicational blockades,
10:19because simply it's a great national effort being making through consensus to advance amid the paths and adversities.
10:31So we have stopped the menaces and we have guaranteed the people of Venezuela their safety, their security.
10:42The people of Venezuela got free of awareness and were free on the streets of Venezuela,
10:51the whole national territory because they just go out to vote in families with their children.
11:02They were just moved on the streets with full freedom and they were guaranteed their safety, their security in the polling stations.
11:16So you know that they were occupied by the Bolivarian forces within the framework of this Republic operation to safeguard the protection of the people,
11:29to safeguard the custody and security of the electoral material and to safeguard everything that has to do with the infrastructure,
11:38with the electoral infrastructure of the country.
11:39So my congratulations, I don't have anything to object about the execution of this great operation.
11:52And this tells a lot about the democratic vocation of the Venezuelan people,
11:57of the efficacy of its institutions and of the will of the Venezuelan people to advance in the goals we have made,
12:11in the creation of an economic model, diversified, productive.
12:18So these are national purposes, goals that the President today with the law of the seven transformations are there on the door,
12:33to fulfill and to work on that plan on the great national purposes and mostly with the new political model of political transformation to sort out the problems of the people in the territory.
12:55So my great greetings to the Venezuelan people, my congratulations to all, my appreciation to all, and, well, let's, the operation continues,
13:08and we've been pending for the next Sunday, June the 1st.
13:14The indigenous representation, there are going to be several states that are going to continue activated with the Republic operation for this great event of next Sunday,
13:27which closes the chapter of elections to governors, men and women, national assembly, and the legislative council.
13:37So I would like to give the floor to operational strategy commander for him to provide more details about what occurred within the Bolivarian forces nationwide

14:20To celebrate the truthful democracy of Venezuela, we witness the people deciding on the polls as an expression of freedom,
14:31and independence.
14:32And today, as May 25th, the same day as it was established, the official anthem of Venezuela,
14:48is glorious to the brave people, written in 1816, a day as today, May 25th, 18th, by the President Antonio Guzman Blanco.
15:02As you all know, according to the agenda established by the National Electoral Council during the Republic operation to the regional legislative elections in 2025,
15:18to once the voting ends, there's going to be the closure of the polling stations and then the deployment,
15:34of each of the polling stations to safeguard the elections,
15:38to safeguard the security of the national elections,
15:40and the national elections.
15:41And so, this would complete the second stage of the elections.
15:47stage of the elections. Bolivarian forces and security national institutions keep a deployment
15:57of each polling station to safeguard and monitor all electoral material and all voters.
16:10As of this moment, we will be initiating the third phase as the post-electoral phase that
16:19comprises the radial and linear deployment of the electoral material with the following
16:33activities. The first painting activity is the radial deployment of the non-technological
16:42and technological material which will be taken action until May 27th. So then for auditing with
16:53the boxes by ground and by air from the May 26th to May 28th. Then the deployment of the
17:08electoral, so from May 28th to June 10th, number four, the deployment of the electoral material from
17:19May 28th to June 10th. So at this tranquility, the electoral material will be deployed in an
17:32opposite way to the deployment. And the Republic operation will be enforced till June 10th. And so
17:45this will, the indigenous, so there will be involved three regions, the Western, Zulia, Merida Trujillo,
17:58Amazonas, Apure, Anzuate and Bolivar, Delta Macuro, Monagas and Sucre. So it is to highlight that the
18:09Republic operation has been fulfilled all requirements requested by the National
18:15Electoral Council of the Electoral Electoral Council, highlighting the massive turnout in this great
18:20party in which the people attended in a peaceful way to express themselves. What proves that Venezuela
18:29Venezuela is a land of peace, of right, of justice, in which through the constitution of Venezuela it is
18:40self-determined without foreign decisions. So there weren't registered any incidents that jeopardizes the
18:53fulfillment of the mission according to what is stipulated in article 155-256 of the national constitution,
19:03article 2 and 5 of the organic law of the electoral processes in their different faces. Each
19:10of the Jewish men and women of Bolivarian forces in the Civil Police-Military Union has demonstrated their
19:21commitment with democracy, sovereignty and peace of our nation. To end up, I would like to commend the people
19:30for its democratic stance that have asserted their duty and right through the ballots through the direct
19:41secret vote. Our appreciation to the Ministry of Interior, Justice and Peace for supporting the Civil
19:53military-Military Police Union, to the Prosecutor's Office, to the Ombudsman Office, and for their collaboration,
20:03and particularly to the police, CPC, firefighters, and the administration of disasters, management of disasters,
20:15forces that together the Bolivarian forces they have strived in one end and they were nationwide
20:33fulfilling with Venezuela by guaranteeing this democratic exercise with discipline and attachment to the
20:43constitution abided by the constitution and its regulations. Loyal always, traitors never. Thank you.
20:59Thank you to the Strategic Operational Command and so it is the turn for the Venezuelan people to
21:09inspecting families in their homes with patience to the reports that the National Electoral Council will issue and, of course, to respect the rules of democracy, the voice of the people and understand that, I said this morning, that our democracy comprises the spirit of the majority
21:38and there are minorities, there are minorities too, but the important thing is that we all participate, that our democratic system guarantees the participation of all because in this country there is place for everyone and the manners that we express our differences is not through the bullets, it's not through extremism, it's not through fascism, it's through the
22:06democracy, it's through the democracy, their instruments, it's through the mechanism of consensus, the dialogues, of politics to build up the great goals of our nation. So let's wait for the results of the National Electoral Council. My congratulations to you all, long-lived homeland, democracy and national space.
