DOGE scores MASSIVE WIN in the Supreme Court.
Transcript
00:00Ladies and gentlemen, yesterday afternoon, the U.S. Supreme Court handed the Department
00:04of Government Efficiency a massive victory, and so right now, the progressive left is
00:10absolutely seething.
00:11Now, as many of you know, President Trump's Department of Government Efficiency, the DOGE,
00:17led by Elon Musk, has been a cornerstone of the America First agenda, aimed at slashing
00:22federal waste and fraud in order to better preserve American taxpayer dollars.
00:27So far, the Department of Government Efficiency has uncovered over $170 billion in bureaucratic
00:34waste, including over $10 billion in foreign aid that doesn't even benefit American taxpayers
00:41in the slightest.
00:42We're talking about things like diversity, equity, and inclusion programs in Madagascar.
00:48Absolutely ridiculous.
00:50But now, as many of you know, the Democrats have been attempting to weaponize the legal
00:55system in order to undermine the Department of Government Efficiency's ongoing efforts
01:00to clean up our federal government's budget.
01:03To be a little bit more specific, they've effectively been engaging in lawfare against
01:08the Department of Government Efficiency, filing dozens of lawsuits and release of information
01:13requests, really just anything they can do to slow down and subvert the Department of Government
01:19Efficiency's ongoing mission.
01:21And for those of you that have been paying attention, this is exactly what the radical
01:26progressives do best.
01:28Now that they've democratically lost control of the country, they just weaponized the
01:33legal system to undermine their political opposition, which is exactly what they've been
01:38doing against President Trump as well.
01:41But so folks, now we can get to the good news of the day.
01:44But before we do, I want to say real quick that if you guys enjoy the daily news updates,
01:48please consider subscribing to the channel because it really does help a ton.
01:52But okay, check this out.
01:54Chief Justice John Roberts of the U.S. Supreme Court just issued a temporary stay on the intrusive,
02:00radically progressive lower courts in order to protect the Department of Government Efficiency's
02:05ability to operate without burdensome interference from the radically progressive activist federal
02:11judges.
02:12So what this will do is allow the Department of Government Efficiency to continue working
02:17away to cut fraud and waste out of the federal government while the Supreme Court continues
02:22to deliberate on what exactly to do here.
02:25Now, the Trump administration correctly asserts that the Department of Government Efficiency,
02:30as a presidential advisory body, is exempt from information access requests, which is
02:35absolutely true.
02:36Everyone with half a brain knows that the Democrats don't actually care about government transparency.
02:43No, they just want to kneecap the America First agenda.
02:47But now folks, take a look at this.
02:49You see, there's actually another component to all of this that we need to talk about.
02:53Like we said earlier, so far, the Department of Government Efficiency has been able to find
02:58over $170 billion worth of waste and fraud within our federal government's budget.
03:03And while not all of these cuts need to be congressionally approved, many of them do.
03:09That being said, in the recently passed Big Beautiful Budget Bill, the Congressional Republicans
03:14actually refused to lock in over $9 billion worth of Department of Government Efficiency budget
03:20cuts that specifically related to the funding of USAID, NPR, and PBS.
03:27And so I hate to say it because there are actually tons of really great components to President
03:32Trump's big, beautiful budget bill that we talked about in a video just a couple days
03:36ago.
03:37But the Congressional Republicans' failure to codify the $9 billion worth of doge cuts
03:42really does undermine the America First agenda's commitment to financial responsibility.
03:48And so, very justifiably so, it seems like Elon Musk is actually kind of frustrated or disappointed
03:54in the entire process so far.
03:56In fact, check this out.
03:57Yesterday afternoon, a user on X posted this.
04:01I think Elon is realizing that, despite the promises made by the new administration and
04:07a Republican-controlled Congress and all of the campaign platforms that they ran on, the
04:12current incentive structures and entrenched special interests in the government make it
04:16nearly impossible to enact any meaningful long-term changes to address the many big issues
04:22we face.
04:23So while Doge will continue to do its thing and do great work, as Elon has said, it seems
04:29he's mainly now focusing on using his companies to take matters into his own hands and drive
04:34us toward a future of sustainable abundance.
04:37All of this to which Elon Musk replied by saying,
04:40Yeah.
04:40Sigh.
04:41So folks, like I said, right now, it seems like Elon Musk is a little bit disappointed and
04:46frustrated with the Congressional Republicans because very clearly, he takes this stuff very
04:51seriously.
04:52In fact, take a look at this.
04:54America is also going bankrupt extremely quickly.
04:58And nobody seems to, everyone seems to be sort of whistling past the graveyard on this
05:02one.
05:03You know, the Defense Department budget is a very big budget.
05:08OK, it's a trillion dollars a year, DoD, Intel, it's a trillion dollars.
05:14And interest payments on the national debt just exceeded the Defense Department budget.
05:20They're over a trillion dollars a year just in interest and rising.
05:26We're adding a trillion dollars to our debt, which our kids and grandkids are going to have
05:33to pay somehow every three months.
05:36And then soon it's going to be every two months and then every month.
05:39And then the only thing we'll be able to pay is interest.
05:44And if this is, it's just, you know, it's just like a person at scale that has racked up too
05:50much credit card debt and not, this does not have a good ending.
05:55And so we have to reduce the spending.
05:58And you know what, folks, everything he just said is 100 percent true.
06:02All of the waste and fraud within the federal government is a very serious issue.
06:07But so it seems that because many of these problems within our federal government are,
06:12at least for the time being, entrenched and unchangeable, now Elon Musk is at least in
06:17part refocusing on solving many of our nation's biggest problems by means of working through
06:22the private sector.
06:23Now, this doesn't mean that the Department of Government Efficiency is shutting down or
06:28anything like that.
06:29In fact, the majority of the waste and fraud that the Department of Government Efficiency
06:33has found so far can actually be cut without congressional approval.
06:38But the fact remains, when the U.S. Supreme Court and Elon Musk, a private citizen, have
06:44done more to cut waste and fraud out of our federal budget than the congressional Republicans,
06:49we do have a serious problem.
06:51However, regardless, the America First agenda is still moving along and the Supreme Court just
06:57absolutely smacked down yet another radically progressive attempt at lawfare.
07:02Generally speaking, ever since President Trump got back into office, the progressives have
07:07been racking up loss after loss in the Supreme Court, seriously shutting down the degree to
07:12which they can weaponize the federal judiciary.
07:15And while not every single problem has been resolved yet, so far, we're honestly off to
07:20a pretty good start.
07:21And so, ladies and gentlemen, in my humble opinion, that is what it looks like to put
07:26America First.
07:28Now, ladies and gentlemen, before we wrap up, I do want to say real quick that we officially
