It's not only sky high, but what you're seeing is that the Patriots are not going to sit back and let the Ram offense take them apart. Nice job by Otis Smith timing his jump and keeping an eye on Kurt Warner.
00:27We've seen two passes, short passes, two balls batted down. Look for Mike Marks to put it up down the field where the guys rushing won't have an easy time getting to it.
00:39So here Akeem comes in as the third wide receiver. He's number 81. Good protection for Warner.
00:48Bruce to midfield and in the New England territory. Ty Law made the tackle, but nobody is going to be able to cover Isaac Bruce that long.

07:08I talked to Mike Marks down on the field, and he said, Ernie Conwell is so important to this offense.
07:14With other tight ends, they get the catches, but he is so vital to what we do.
07:18We use him out of the backfield, as you saw.
07:20We use him as a pass receiver, but he does a great job on blocking.
07:24He's getting the ball one more time like that, and he won't be a vital part of this offense.
07:28He falls into the Jim Finn category.

10:17They come in, went fourth in the late defensively.
10:20Antoine Smith, McClellan has to make the tackle again,

10:28And one of the reasons this defense is better,
10:30along with better personnel is that guy.
10:33Lovie Smith, he told him the first day of training camp,
10:36everybody runs to the ball.
10:38I want 11 guys on the ball when somebody's on the ground.
10:41And if they don't do it even in practice,
10:42they get yanked off the field,
10:44and everybody runs to the ball.
10:46Good protection for Brady.

11:03Mike, it's been a remarkable turnaround for the Rams' day.
11:06Last year, they allowed the most points in the NFL, 471.
11:09They were trampled for an average of 29.4 a game this season.

11:16And from close to the bottom of the pack to top five.
11:19But you know what?
11:20Lovie Smith still grades them out as a B or B-.
11:23There's plenty of room for improvement.

11:26They view him as one of the most special people
11:28they have ever had the privilege of being coached by.

11:33said so many good things about the defensive coaches.

11:56when you talk to Aeneas Williams and Wistrom and those guys,
11:59you know, what is the big difference?
12:00Because there are a lot of new players,
12:01Aeneas being one of them,
12:02and Wistrom being one of the guys that stay,
12:04they said it starts right with the coaching staff.
12:06These are the guys that have made the difference in this team.
12:08And one word describes the way they've been approaching it
12:11on both sides of the ball, really,
12:12is they're detail-oriented.
12:14Everybody has to be in specific spots.
12:19Tom Brady, four out of five so far,
12:21but only six yards and an interception,
12:22and now movement up front.
12:25Was it Joe Andrews, the right guard,
12:27or did the Rams jump first?
12:29I believe it was Joe Andrews.
