New Delhi, May 23, 2025 (ANI): As part of an ongoing crackdown on illegal immigration, Delhi Police on May 23 informed that 121 Bangladeshi nationals from Outer North Delhi were detained. “We had started a drive on illegal Bangladeshi migrants and constituted a special team. We have verified 800 migrants on a suspicious list…121 illegal migrants were detained. We sent their documents in FRRO for verification and it found that they are illegally staying here. Order has been given to deport them. Many people are under radar and verification is still going on…We have detained Bangladeshi migrants in juggi cluster. Criminal background is still verifying…,” said Nidhin Valsan.
