00:00My name is Massimo. My parents originated from Capri, so we were brought up eating beautiful

00:09foods and this is what I'd like to provide for you here basically. Traditional cooked Italian

00:17food on a beautiful beachfront surrounding. We use traditional recipes. We import our mozzarella

00:29from Italy. We use fior di latte mozzarella. We use zero zero grade flour, so everything

00:34is as you would be in Italy. So it's a little piece of Italy on Hastings seafront for you

00:40to enjoy. We're part of the London Trader pub, so you're welcome to eat inside the pub or

00:47outdoors, al fresco, but we're all together in it. Basically we use fresh pasta. All our

00:55recipes, all fresh. We do carbonara, spaghetti carbonara. We do paccheri with salmon and shallots

01:06and a creamy wine sauce. Very nice. Our pizzas are just as they would be if you sat in Naples,

01:14you would have the same pizza as what you get here. So it's an authentic taste of Italy here.
