In an act of heroism, nursing supervisor Ankita Maan performed CPR or cardiopulmonary resuscitation on a man who was presumed dead after a road accident in Haryana's Karnal. While the incident took place on May 20, a video of Ankita's heroic act surfaced online on May 22, drawing praise from people. The man, injured in an accident, was lying unconscious by the roadside. Though bystanders presumed him dead, Ankita checked his pulse and found him alive. She then administered CPR and ensured he received emergency treatment, ultimately saving his life. Later, doctors also confirmed that the man would not have survived without Ankita's immediate assistance.
